Poor tired hotel

Extremely disappointing experience at this hotel! Noisy and not clean and I had to go to reception a number of times to get into the room because the card system doesn’t work. The second time there was nobody at reception or in the back room, 20 minutes past before someone arrived. Positives, sheets were clean and toilet functional although the paint on the bathroom ceiling was flaking away!

Amazing stay.

Amazing stay this weekend. Beautiful clean basic room but everything we needed. The hotel is so close to the royal Albert docks and Liverpool central. Not far from the train station if you do decide to get the train. You pay £22 for 2 nights in there secure car park literally 2 mins away. Very secure we multiple cameras! The staff are impeccable very friendly & always smiling. ‘ James ‘ in particular was so professional and helpful. He is amazing at his job and definitely deserves the recognition. Please do honour him this or with something. He’s great. Thank you so much for the amazing stay.

Where do I start..... what a fantastic 2 day stay right from the minute we walked in and met the receptionist. We were allocated the most fantastic room with a great view of the surroundings, River Mersey and the Wirral. Easy walking distance from Liverpool 1 and all City centre attractions. The bed was a Super King Size, super bath, all facilities were in the room, everything you could wish for. Will be returning soon and asking for the same room (not revealing that) it is my secret. Phots attached are from our room.

Comfortable stay lovely room.

The hotel was very helpful when we changed dates due to the rail strike. Great location very friendly staff. Large well equipped bedroom a little tired but clean and comfortable. A light over the mirror in bedroom would have been useful. The biggest disappointment was the evening meal nothing we wanted was available along with several other items. When the food arrived it was hard and overcooked the bottle of Prosecco was flat all very disappointing. The breakfast was very good. With the exception of the evening meal this was an excellent hotel such a shame.
