I was welcome from the reception. No problems with check in as they some how new I was coming and the room key was ready already. Extremely easy check out. You just drop your key and go.

It was a great stay in Ibis Aktobe. Reception & front desk team were extremely kind and helpful. Restaurant staff were also quite nice and successful; and food was amazing too. Definitely recommending this hotel.

I liked my stay with your hotel, nice breakfasts, comfortable bed, stylish room, enough space and good noise isolation. However, it would be much better to have a teapot with a cup in the room where a guest stays for a week or longer, since prices in the restaurant at the hotel are expensive for everyday tea drinking. Thanks!

It is located next to a large trading house. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. one of the disadvantages is the lack of a kettle in the room, it is not possible to order food from the restaurant to the room.
