Our first time here, and a great experience will see us return in future! Well located close to all cultural activities in Southbank. Large, well appointed room, everything you need, comfy king size bed, good shower. We found the room service food excellent, and staff are friendly and efficient. Good value for money compared with nearby hotels. Recommended.

Great check in and out. Room ok, carpet a bit stained. Bathroom great as all set out for wheelchair access. We did not need this but I think it was a great idea. Close to Southbank and theatres, museums, restaurants. Great to be able to have a drink in the hotel bar as we came back from the theatre.

I like that it wasn't too hectic and all the staff were efficient and lovely to deal with. The parking is super easy. The rooms are very nice - comfortable beds and big showers. The only thing was, the air-conditioning in the restaurant was freezing!

Check in late in the evening took far too long time even three staffs were in the reception. Internet was payable which is normally included in hotel. I forgot my pacemaker monitor and I called the hotel late in the evening and the phone was not picked up. We tried a numerous of times but in vain. We sent mails which we finally got a reply to the following day. Why is the hotel not contacting a guest if they forget such monitor ? Super disappointed experience.
