I stayed in an one-bedroom apartment for more then a month and absolutely enjoyed my stay. I want to highlight that this is cleanest hotel I have stayed in and both public areas (incl. parking garage) as well as the cleaning of my apartment was always immaculate. I liked the rooftop pool and relaxation area with probably one of the world's best views overlooking an airport. Front Office and Concierge staff were always helpful - this is not a 5-star luxury property, but my apartment was modern, really nice and the whole stay just comfortable. I would always go back - as it was great value for money.

I forgot a shirt in the room. It was 100% found by the cleaners but they didn't report anything. The management of the hotel didn't want to cooperate and check the cameras from that day.

I enter the hotel at 7:30 pm for check in , I waited long time , only 1 check in desk open and 4 customer waiting. The check in lady was very nice , I have been upgraded, unfortunately I don’t enjoy my 1st night because of water pipe was cut, ac temp can reach 24 degrees only , I tried to lower but no response. I open the window to get some cold air but car noise was too much . My duty start from 6 am to 6 pm so I stay only 8-10 in the room. I called the reception early morning I explained the 2 issue, the fix the pipe but ac remain the same.

Syed Ghayas was exceptionally friendly & happy to assist with phone booking as well as check- in late at night. He is a Super Star. My room was very clean and tidy, loved the décor and modern design which led to a very comfortable and enjoyable short stay. Location , Parking & Price were the main added values. . I would be coming back for sure.

very dissappointing for hotel with a pool to close at 20hrs? was one of the reasons i chose this hotel. room was no cleaned as to be expected in covid 19 times.. Fingerprints still visible and spilled liquids in/on drawers.

Great staff....super welcoming...rooms are beautiful. Need to sort out the airport transfer, but we know management is working on it. This hotel as a great future. There are few things to sort out...the transportation from the hotel...plugs in the rooms need to be more available. But this is a super new property and being close to the Metro, should be great in the coming months.

I was supposed to check in in Ibis but I got transferred in Grand Mercure ! My check in experience is frustrating! Anyhow, Chadoury and Mustafa handle everything and they’re very accommodating! Breakfast experience is not to wow! Hot items is not really hot! I would like to suggest to maintain the temperature or check the food from time to time! We ask the Joshua to call the manager which Joe and inform about the food and all, at somehow they managed it but we are quite disappointed as that’s our first breakfast in the hotel. When we extend we didn’t avail the breakfast anymore! And also about our room I reported it to WhatsApp but there’s no action on that! As I’m the one who clean for the shower room even I shared in the WhatsApp the photos that I took! There’s no even follow up calls on that! I was so exhausted on my check in so didn’t bother to change my room but I thought someone will come to call to apologize from your side but no one take the guts! (By the way this is the first day night when I saw the shower room is disgusting). I can see that from the other side of the management doesn’t care what guest sharing to them especially in the WhatsApp! I don’t know what is the point of WhatsApp by not communicating well! That’s what make me pissed off they only ping me to ask my room number and that’s it! Also lastly, you have to wait for 15-20mins max before someone picking up the call. I can see that there’s no sense of urgency in that! At last! Just wanted to thank Mustafa, Mohamed, Joe and Jowi for the hospitality! Last but not the least Chadoury you are exceptional!

Although friendly and Covid compliant, it falls short when considering the needs of English speaking clientele. Advertising a pool, restaurant/bar and free wifi, both the pool and restaurant bar were closed for refurbishment. The wifi signal is weak and slow at best but as the hotel claims it is free. For short term stays it is a convenient layover due to to its proximity to the airport. However, it has no English speaking channels and anything longer than 2 nights proves irksome. Having spent 15 nights here due to Covid regulations i can say without reservation that you will not find more helpful & friendly staff regardless of class of hotel. With the amenities fully opened and even 2 or 3 English channels (not the CNN/French-English currently available) I would not hesitate to stay again.
