Pelayanan ramah, baik, dan sigap. The breakfast menu varies everyday and tastes good. The room view is nice with a homy ambience. There's no swimming pool yet, but overall it was a good experience staying at ibis Jakarta Simatupang!

Our company had meeting room package. Surprisingly the coffee break item is more than we expected. The quantity and its also the quality. We also make unplanned order, kambing guling, h-2. And the hotel make it happen. The service also great, the ibis style team always make sure we had what we need during the meetings. Overall we are happy with the service.

On a pris une chambre juste pour une nuit et on a beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et la chambre (6e étage). Les personnels ont respecté le protocole lié au covid. La vue depuis la chambre était magnifique. Le lit était confortable. L’emplacement n’est pas trop loin de Citos. On a voulu prolonger notre séjour dans cet hôtel mais malheureusement l’hôtel était fully booked. On reviendra un jour.

Quarantaine avant d’aller à Bali

Je suis restée dans cet hôtel 5 nuits avant de partir pour Bali. Je suis plutôt satisfaite de mon séjour et je ne regrette pas mon choix d’hôtel de quarantaine. Je trouve que tout était bien aménagé pour garantir une quarantaine safe et confortable Les + - L’accueil et le service - Le personnel bienveillant et adorable ! - Le confort de la literie et de la chambre - Choix de nourriture occidentale - Possibilité de se faire livrer depuis l’extérieur (apparemment c’est rare en hôtel de quarantaine) Les - - Wifi pas terrible même si ils ont essayé d’y remédier (entre 5mbps et parfois ça pouvait monter à 20mbps tout comme ça pouvait redescendre à 1mpbs) - Le bruit de l’autoroute mais si vous leur demandez il se feront un plaisir de vous changer de chambre si c’est trop bruyant - Les appels de la réception dans la chambre à 7h du matin 😆 mais ils notent si vous leur demandez d’appeler plus tard Globalement si c’était à refaire je referai ma quarantaine dans cet hôtel. J’ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié l’aide du staff, ils se plient vraiment en quatre pour vous aider et faire en sorte que vous vous sentiez bien. Un remerciement spécial à Shandy et Hartati Kumala Dewi qui ont été gentils, serviables et patients ! 😊
