Only improvement will be at the Check-in counter - Too many staff and Super slow service. Took quite awhile to get my room - more than 30mins, even though I came 2hrs late to check-in. Got a Shift Manager to address the issue the next morning. The Restaurant Manager allowed me to do a Take away. Great Service from Him and his Service staff.

Generally everything was good to excellent & my only complaint was that at checking-out I was owed a refund of approx THB2,000 that has never been credited to my credit card after 3 mths.

I sincerely apologies for the uncertain delay in the procedure so we did the internal investigation and found that hotel has completed the refund process. Therefore my manager has confirmed with you to check with your bank and do let us for any further assistance. I will personally look into this matter so please contact the bank and we will be waiting for your update. Again this is not a normal practice we do and we will take appropriate measures to improve in future. Room service charges were deducted from the deposit and invoice was not given and I had to go back after 3 days to collect the invoice. Not good since I was on a business trip without the invoice company will not reimburse the amount . Staffs in the reception should under stand these thing and try to avoid mistakes. For a tourist it may not be required but for a business trip invoice is very important. Will Accor pay to any staff without an invoice on a business trip ??
