This is a well-run operation. Very clean and organized. However, this is possible due to the great staff at the hotel. I appreciate the hard work of all the staff, but I would like to highlight the dedication of two individuals that I encountered at the hotel. One is Ms. Lexi at the Food Exchange, and the other is Ms. Takke in Housekeeping. Both individuals were very welcoming, cheerful, and dedicated to what they were doing. Excellent job!

Thank you for the great reception front desk experience. Especially to Vicky . She is Fast, patient and friendly. Hospitality at its best! Stayed 5 nights here. Novotel a great clean comfortable nice rooms and hotel complimented by superb service crew made the experience top notch !

Rooms are clean and staffs are very friendly. The concierge service is good as well. Check in took a little longer than usual. Currently still waiting for my refund on the deposit i paid using Visa card. its been 8 days after i have checked out.

+ Pool is nice, + view from the top floor is also good. + 7-11 is really near and green vegetable stall is also close. + Breakfast buffet had good choice of meals including many sorta of bread, pastries, drinks, salad ingredients. + Poolside bar is pretty nice too. - No hand soap in bathroom. - Teabags were not refilled automatically, only upon request. The street leading to BTS is not really family friendly (lots of tattoo-salons, bars, night-butterflies).
