Location is central, beautiful and big rooms. Neat and very clean hotel. Staff is super nice and helpful.It’s my favourite hotel in bangkok. It’s my 2nd time at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. STAFF IS AMAZING.

I enjoyed the hotel but found being asked to provide 3000 baht deposit for a 3 night stay (1000 baht a day) unreasonable and gave a bad first impression.

I satisfied to stay with Novotel Sukhumvit 4. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. The room view is nice overlooking Bangkok city. I will go back to stay again.

As a Gold member no real benefit, they give you a drink coupon and then basically tell you that you can't use it except in the afternoon. Rooms are basic but ok. Have to shower quickly as the drain in shower doesn't work so bathroom floods. It would be handy if they tell you that they don't clean your room unless you put a sign on your door.. They put a qr code in the room to download a room service menu, unfortunately if you actually decide to call and order they tell you that you have to come down and pick up your own food.....this hotel has too many COVID excuses, just need to get on with it

No room upgrade. Minimal choice of breakfast buffet. Less platinum dining menu and less amount. No welcome gift. Minimal choice of welcome drink. No minibar. No response to request. I have asked for a room upgrade and waiting for a call back response in room whether I could get it or not I have never gotten any response. Dust in room. Bad service. Nothing special. Worse time staying here. Higher price lower quality.

Been here for my birthday. Got a nice and tidy room 1524 but had a problem on accessing WIFI. Front desk Ms.Kook and Ms.Poy took immediated action on solving the issue but finally we found out that wifi router didn't work properly. Hotel itself is located in the heart of Bangkok on Nana road ( Red-light area so it might not feel comfortable for family with children ) close to BTS Nana station. Nice view on rooftop bar

Thanks for hotel team always thoroughly check bed in my room every time. (I don’t know why I have deep sleeping here that ‘s why I choose Novotel 4 to be my second bed room) Every time I got insomnia or bad situation in my life I just book the room here coz I love bed and coziness and room rate is very attractive these time. Thai food in the restaurant at first floor is very good taste Padthai the best. K. Preaw and K. Mink do the good job especially K.Preaw she arranged to make take away breakfast for me (small flexibility makes big satisfaction to guest) K.Golf bartender he makes Artistic drinks give the taste from his heart and soul I follow him from mercure24 He did make very good cocktail drink customized for each individually (give him 5star staff) Room setting with the artistic towel peacock from Housekeeping team is so cute they were my roommates LOL

From check-in to check-out, every moment at the Novotel Bangkok Sukkumvit Soi 4 has been most enjoyable. I haven’t come across so well trained and friendly staff for a very long time. The past 18 months in this COVID era has accustomed us to reduced services and poorly motivated staff. It is the other way around at this hotel. The staff is welcoming, smiling and is always trying its best to make your stay a most memorable one.

Trouble started when I ordered the breakfast which you had to pick up from reception and it was packed up in take away containers. I misread the form and ordered an American Breakfast plus one Thai dish for my free Platinum breakfast. The receptionist seemed very upset at my order and immediately set me straight. However this set off a program of harassment as they were sure I had an unregistered guest in my room, so continuous phone calls after arriving back at night and questions each time I went past reception - so I started going out through the garage. In addition the breakfast was horrible, far worse than the food in the quarantine hotel I stayed in last year. It was cold, the fruit salad was one type of rock hard fruit, the Thai option was tasteless and cold soup and cold soggy toast. September 1st came and thank god the restaurant was going to open - yes open but they served the same garbage just served on plates, then the two staff for stand in strategic positions to stare at you hating the food - which of course I just left. Glossy breakfast photos on their web site is not what you are going to get. The room was freezing I set the air conditioning on 30c but was still freezing - had to turn it off but I could not call or go to reception as I was sure the harassment would start again. The kicker was that I could not leave as I had to pay at the time of booking (perfect policy for this hotel) and my circumstances changed and I had to extend one night so eight nights in total of this. This being Thailand they can have me locked up for this review but at least I am used to prison guards and the food after staying here.
