Their dedication to ensure their customers experience in a safe and clean environment is second to none; they were both supportive & understanding throughout & I cannot thank them enough! I stayed here for one night as part of the test&go package. Since the first time I contacted them, Reservation has been quite helpful. On the day of my arrival, they had everything ready for me, including a speedy check-in, a Covid PCR test, and a night dinner waiting for me in my room. All of the employees were quite helpful, and the room was large, clean, and the bed was extremely comfy. Thank you to everyone at the Mercure Sukhumvit 11!

I bought a package Test and go ( for 1 night stay during PCR test ). Rooms facilities are lightly decent but 3 meals during stay in package was boring, lunch and dinner were fixed chosen by the hotel. They allow me to choose only for breakfast. Too much of rice and lack of Thai food( 5-6 pieces of chicken in the green curry with a ton of rice :-( C’mon for 4,700 baht for a night you should serve better foods to your guests. I am disappointed that I think it is comfort foods for westerner, not for a Thai person as me. That needs to be improved. Thank you.

The stay was comfortable and everyone was helpful and friendly. My few complaints: 1) The bed was old and soft. I had a terrible backache for 2 days after that. 2) The aircon was VERY VERY cold, and could not be adjusted at all. Even putting it at 29 degrees didn't make a difference. 3) I was given a little wrong information about the second PCR test. Reception told me I could book it through the morchana app, but nothing worked. I had to call up the hospitals to find out more.

We stayed here with the Test & Go package. Everything was extremely well-organised. I will stay again next time we come back from Europe also if it is not mandatory because of covid regulations. Staying a night here was great because we really rested before going home and starting unpacking.

We stayed at Mercure for our Test & Go. While the hotel building and room was nice enough, our experience was terrible. We were unable to reach reception to ask questions. No meal options were given when there was food included which resulted in waste. All food arrived cold. The hospital took more than 48 hours to respond, in the meantime, the hotel forgot about us and we had no lunch nor dinner on the second day. The hotel also didn't communicate that food was our own responsibility on the next day, which is the least they could do. I called reception multiple times only to receive dismissive and unhelpful responses that they would call me back, but they never would. I would need to call back 6 - 12 hours later to ask what was happening. While I acknowledge that the delay is the hospital's fault, the way the hotel dealt with it was poor. Lack of follow-up until I got audibly upset, lack of basic items like water and cutlery, and worst of all, our trash sat/is sitting outside the room since it was placed there despite asking more than 5 times that it be picked up. This is unsanitary and disgusting as there is rotting food that has been there for more than 40 hours. I do not recommend this hotel at all and I know the group to usually be reputable. Shame.

A room is clean and comfortable but meals seems that cooking for saving cost. I got Pad Thai with small pieces of tofu and tasteless, in particular, two small pieces of banana with coconut cream. very very small two pieces OMG! it seems like you don't think I am your customer. Just cook that you want and didn't have any choices to choose. The nightmare is the dinner meal, i got the small fried fish with salad. To be honest, is this for dinner? It seems strange for me and I never met this situation before even I stay as a person who needs to quarantine in the hotel.

There was no choice of meals. The food when it arrived was cold and obviously not been prepared recently. Also there was a minimal amount of drinks supplied. The room was poor considering you had to quarantine in it.

Disappointing stay

First of all, the property is grossly understaffed at reception. Our check in took 30 minutes (!). While checking in we were next to a ASQ customer checking in. The lady dealing with his check in was in full hazmat suit but we were not, so what is the point of ASQ if you are mixing with other customers from check in?? Rooms are lovely but booked with Privilege club access and it was closed (not informed on arrival). No upgrade as Gold card holder and amenities in room was not the same as booked. For that price and with that experience I will not stay there again.
