The Pullman Panwa is nothing but amazing! The staff at the resort are beyond friendly and helpful. I was treated with amazing service by Best, Kate, Keane, Thomas and Noodle. The resort has amazing facilities , beach access and spa! I would highly recommend the pool villa with the floating breakfast and also an oil massage at Talay Day Spa. Perfect for family or couple has something for everyone and views out of this world! Thank you to the Pullman team at Panwa.

Everything was good the staff is very professional and pleasant. The villa with pool and beach access was nice. The points for improvement “there’s no evening service”, “it depends on the time of arrival but sometimes no more pastries for breakfast”. And at the end the spa is very nice. We will come back for sure.

The hotel and rooms are tired. not sure why they couldn't do the upgrade during COVID. Nice bathrooms and beds, then really cheap and tired laminate flooring, feels at odds. The room smelt of damp all the time, I asked for the zircon filter to be cleaned but this didn't happed to my knowledge and the room continued to smell damp and musty the rest of our stay. Whilst the staff are keen to help, service was slow. It seemed strange that you could order room service through the APP they make you download, however you couldn't order from the children menu through the APP so had to call as well...the phone was rarely answered, had to call through to reception and ask for a call back. The rooms were very slow to be cleaned. I often requested a room clean in the morning but is wasn't done till the late afternoon, which interfered with the children's nap times and meant that our water wasn't replenished. The TV signal was terrible, like the grainy screens of the 80's, it was unwatchable on a wide screen. I called to report the fault on the first day, but the 'fix' made no difference. On-line its says that there are films on demand - you actually have to request a DVD player from reception, depending on availability (no player available for the first 3 days). Then choose from about 15 DVD's kept at reception. We had to go to the kids club to get kids DVD's, less than 10 DVD's to choose from there. Very disappointing, if I'd know I'd have brought a fire stick. Breakfast spread was good, the rest of the food was so so. Pools and beach are nice, lots of activities advertised but I never saw anyone doing them. Spa was always booked up well in advance and you have to book though the APP which was slow to respond. I was also surprised that when booking a room for 2 adults and 2 children which the room says it can cater, you then have to pay an additional charge at the hotel for daily pop up bed hire for one of the children, id have thought this would have been included in the price.

At Pullman, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Kindly note that for instance that we are actively working on preventive rooms maintenance throughout the year and we are expecting many more refurbishments to come in order to get the overall hotel atmosphere and room conditions at its highest level. all TVs are now brand new TVs and we are expecting a maintenance of the TV signal with out sourced TV channel provider. For the Spa, we are currently recruiting more spa therapist in order to have enough availabilities for each and every Guests. Again we appreciate your sharing your concerns as well regarding who the App is been used internally. It is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future if you may consider travel back to Phuket.
