Very comfortable budget room with a comfortable bed. Like most hotels it is no smoking, and instead of smoking out of the window like many do, when I woke at three in the morning I went outside for a cigarette, taking my room keycard with me. Having satisfied my nicotine craving I went back inside to resume my sleep, or so I hoped. Well, I got as far as the outer lobby. My keycard did not open the door. I rang the bell repeatedly for 15 minutes. No response. I then banged on the glass door until Rip Van Winkle eventually came out of the office, apologising profusely. Let us say that I was a little disappointed at the time. The next day I asked for redress, and the management were unable to help, so I asked them to think about it whilst I had breakfast. To my delight they prepared a picnic with me to take on my journey with bottled water and fruit, which was very welcome in the 36 degrees temperature that day. An excellent management solution and I would not hesitate to stay here again. I will smoke out of the window next time.

We had a good 2-night stay in this hotel. The rooms are fine relative to the price. They created this guest schedule for breakfast to avoid the dining area to get crowded. Although a lot of people are just hanging out in and outside the hotel for reasons I do not understand which can defeat the purpose of having the measures against COVID. The hotel staff were all friendly and courteous.

The rooms are small and basic which is to be expected with an IBIS Budget hotel so not a problem, however, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and uneven and the rooms were in need of a good clean or paint on the walls which were worn marked and tired. Overall i would avoid staying at this hotel again given the range of hotels available nearby

Fantastic stay, your staff member bêta was great company and friendly, even with us having a few beers, she gave us fantastic history of Rotterdam and the hotel, a true gem to the company she definitely needs rewarding. 10/10 would stay again just for your staffs service.

Room 1:had a broken window curtain.(424) Room 2:Inside door handle and Lock where not working properly.(414) outside main entrance lots of garbage like cigarettebuts and sweets like toffees.Dirty!!Shabby.

The hotel was decent, staff was friendly and the room was always cleaned. Although the room felt slightly a bit worn-out it was comfortable. Connections from the hotel to Centraal was super easy and within 30 minutes.

Bad location for a city tour, good only for stop by...

regarding my valuations, I could say that the room is very small, in the bathroom there is no hairdryer for drying the hair, in the room it was very cold I should sleep dressed, parking is not included in the price consisting of 15 € per day.At the price I would not recommend this hotel to guests.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful. I think it is very important to have staff that make you feel at home - they are there for any questions or any requests that you have. The rooms were always clean. One thing I missed at the Budget Ibis hotel, but probably this is not included in your items (a small table, where I could have put my computer).
