The service is very prompt. The staff are very friendly. The rooms and beds are big and are clean. The swimming pool is also good. The view from my room is of mandalay hill which is very good during night time. I would recommend this hotel

Nice Stay but lacks Accor Standards

The hotels has seen better days. Rooms are outdated. Our room was smelly and very gold. I didn't like that there was a smokers place in our floor. The whole floor smelled like ashtray. Personnel did their best. They are extremely polite and nice but hotel was lacking Accors standards by far

We were upgraded to the top floor and our room had a stunning view of the Mandalay hill. The hotel needs renovation but was extremely comfortable. The bar had a great lively atmosphere. The staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants outside the hotel. The quality of the food for breakfast and the quality of the a la carte food in the coffee shop was below our expectations.
