The service provided y the staff were exceptionally good. Especially by the front desk staff Ms.Claire. She had allocated us a nice room and on knowing it was my wife's birthday, she had given us a beautiful gift too. The rooms were big and spacious with a good view too. The bed was really comfortable and the food was good too. Not a big spread but the fresh orange juice is definitly worth the money. We were able to turn off the AC and leave the windows open for fresh air and especially helpful during the Covid pandemic. The AC would just circulate the same air but in this case the windows were really helpful. Very clean and 5 mins walking distance from the metro station. There are so many nice bars around and a good bakery down the road. Thank you to the rest of the team: Zahir, Nordine, Macire, Adelina, Youssef, Jonathan. Bottom Line: Ibis standards (budget) , good location, clean, exceptionally good staff!

The lady at the reception when I arrived was very kind and helpful. The interior design is cool and overall the hotel is clean. However, the bath towel were not clean and the breakfast quality can be improve with for exemple gluten free products, more organic and more tasty fresh food. Overall: I recommend this place because it a great place for this price and the staff is friendly.

Great location, the Maison Blance/Butte aux Cailles region is really adorable. Bakeries, markets, metro station, all within walking distance. A little bit up the hill, but nothing extreme. Friendly staff.

The rooms are small but very modern, newly refurbished, clean, cosy and functional. Staff is very kind and helpful. Good choice for breakfast, I really loved the fresh orange juice! The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance from the metro station.

1. The hotel itself is fine, just the French doesn't like to talk to Asian, quite impolite. >0< 2. The room itself is spacious, but very weird that the bed is just next to the door, should move to the window. >0< 3. Location.....from the website and map, didn't show it is up on a little slope, if no car transfer, need to lift the luggage a bit. 4. Asked the staff whether there is a short cut to get to airport, the answer was "to get a taxi, if traffic is fine, the fare will be around Euro 60." Guess they should have given me a better solution as everyone knows taxi is the last resort.

We had a wonderful time. The front desk people were so sweet and nice to us. It was my birthday and they got me a cake, it was so wonderful!!

(1) In fact, the room is not small, it is super surprised to me the bed is so close to the door; can be placed close to the window. (2) Inside the shower cabin, there is nowhere to put my glasses/personal face wash (3) When you put off the clothes before having shower, there is no proper place to house those clothes. Or you can say that I can hang them on the door, how about the towels? (4) The plugs are all in the middle of the wall or just somewhere that the recharging units got nowhere to anchor (5) It is expected that there will be one bottle water per day, but just got one for my 3 days' stay (6) There is no kettle and utilities for me to make a hot tea/water. If you are a guest, will you prefer to go up and down to get a cup of hot water? This is not complaining, just my experience other hotel guest rooms do not have. A new experience to me! May I express my gratitude to the housekeeper...very nicely tidied up the room everyday!

A very happy and comfortable stay. The hotel is well located on the 6 metro line and close to nice bars and restaurants.

I had a business trip to Paris and stayed 2 nights in the hotel. Asked in advance for a quiet room and had a room in the top floor and it was amazing. Liked everything, helpful staff, very good breakfast, the room had everything you would need to feel comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay there:) thank you!

Everything went well, from online check-in and greeting upon arrival to easy departure. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom just what was needed (if compact), and the breakfast was wonderful both mornings! I particularly appreciated the hot cup of tea when arriving, as it was a very cold day. Thank you!

The hotel was in a good location right near the metro, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was fantastic. The only downside was the bathroom was quite small and cold and the water pressure in the shower was weak.

Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff.
