Team Event - it was very engaging and the staff had fun in between the meetings. The hotel and its staff went above and beyond and everyone had a great productive time!

This was our first time at the FAIRMONT Mont Tremblant. The hotel is very easy to access by car and well located in the Village. The staff were extremely pleasant AND always helpful. Valet parking was a breeze and handled very swiftly. The rooms were well supplied with amenities, very clean and the hotel followed a very effective COVID-19 protocol. Overall a very good stay! The only weak point of our stay was the dining experience. My wife and I are both vegan and the hotel's vegetarian, non-dairy menu was extremely limited (one choice!). Other FAIRMONT properties we stayed at always offered the option of the kitchen creating something simple like a pasta dish or fried/roasted vegetables on rice. We were told that this wasn't an option. The in-room service menu did not offer any additional choices either. So, we tried one evening to order a few vegetable side dishes from one of the restaurant and take them to our room, but that wasn't possible either.

Stayed to celebrate my partner’s birthday. We enjoyed the hot tubs, the bar and the fireplace as well as the location and walking around the ski village. I was especially thrilled when, an hour after I checked out, I realized I forgot my training watch in my housecoat pocket in the room - and they found it! Thank you Stephen and your team.

We usually travel to New York, NY, on this particular weekend. Because of the pandemic, we stayed local. Last year, we reserved at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth, and invited our daughter from Quebec City. We had our dinner catered in the beautiful Griffintown Suite. In the winter, we stayed at the Château Frontenac in Quebec City. Always a pleasure. It was our first stay at Fairmont Tremblant. What a disappointment. The suite was old, poorly decorated and below Fairmont standards. We we given, upon paying an extra 60$ for the upgrade, a room next to the elevators, and where the cleaning crew kept the dirty linen and empty plates from rooms service during cleaning process, so for a few hours. No a pleasant thing to go thru when you go back to your room.

We had a great stay, quiet, comfortable as usual. Since there were some unexpected restaurant closures in the Village out ppr first night, we ate at the Hotel Bistro Bar. The food was really great and we always love he complimentary cocktail for members. Staff are very careful to assure client safety but remain attentive as ever. The only complaint is that prices are high right now, without points and a gift certificate, and the fact that we were staying during the week, we wouldn’t have been able to swing a visit this fall/winter. It makes sense if they’re trying to balance occupation levels with service capacity given the challenges with staffing everywhere.

We have 2 free unsuited upgrades but Tremblant is not part of this program Tremblant has a good floor but isn’t open at this time We had a small king room with a semi view of the village We went to choux gras restaurant and beef was well done then the next night we ate at the bar and the flank veal steak as like rubber… not the best experience for our 36th wedding anniversary!!

We love your location and the staff could not have been more pleasant and eager to please. However a bit upset that we took the bellhop’s advice, insisting we wouldn’t need a reservation at the main restaurant in your hotel. It was our anniversary and we were really looking forward to a lovely romantic meal. Went down hoping to get a table, they were booked for the night. Had to settle for the pub/bar where for not more than a few appetizers, two small glasses of wine (we asked for the house red, gave us glasses from an $85 bottle!! Total cost just for two glasses was $45!) Meal cost was $145 plus tip! This put a damper on our first getaway since before the pandemic. On a brighter note, they gave us a gift bag for our anniversary. Beautiful location!

I want to start by stating the fact that I understand perfectly well the security measures that need to be put in place and the general shortage of staff businesses endure in these times. However: 1- when we made the reservation and upon check-in, nobody told us that there would be no room cleaning/setup during our 3-night stay. I had to find out when I went to the front desk on inquire during the second day of our stay. We would have reconsidered making the reservation, as we wanted to be taken care of during our stay. This did not happen. 2- We were charged an additional 48$ per night for having our little dog in the room, apparently for additional cleaning, which was not done at all except once upon our departure. When we left, I was so disappointed that I did not feel like having an argument with the front desk person. 3- Before the pandemic, we used to go to the Fraimont Tremblant 2, sometimes 3 times a year for extended week-ends and we regularly saw dogs being allowed in the bar, restaurant and so on.... The hotel had its own dog mascott which was freely going anywhere. Now, with no warning, we could not take our dog anywhere inside, even outside on the terrace.... 4- We were also disappointed with the short opening times for the bar, restaurant, snack counters.... We were expecting more services. 5- As I said in the beginning, we understand the COVID situation and its impacts on businesses, but if you are unable to provide the services, you should reduce the price in consequence. We were told that we had a 25% discount on the room rates, because of the 25th anniversary of the hotel, but we still paid 2500$ for 3 nights and a few room service, during the low season ????. We used to go during busier season, in August/Sept and I don't think we paid that much, ever... If we did, it did not feel like it because of the great service we used to get.... We really were looking forward to go to the Fairmont Tremblant in the past, but this time we are really reconsidering if we'll ever go back. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

First, the value told us to bring our luggage ourselves inside the hotel. Second, our key cards didn’t work and we had to go back to the reception 3 times with our luggage. Third, the door lock was actually broken. They had to repair it in front of us. Forth, the bathtub faucet was running. They had to call a Plummer to repair it. It wasn’t a great start and quite frankly we got very irritated and exhausted.

Thé service was good but it’s too expansive. Parking and wifi are extra. The food is sooo expansive. 185$ for buffet for 3 (pizza and jello) We loved thé outside pool. Room are old and bed not that confortable
