Staff were great. I just expected more with regards to the room. It was very clean but very stark. Not cozy at all

We stayed two days and then went down to the rr station below to travel to Toronto for one night and then returned late the next day for two more nights. The staff was very accommodating and we felt safe during the Covid pandemic.

Great and friendly service, clean and nicely renovated. Unfortunately, we could hear everything including elevators, ice machines, people in hallway and in the rooms next to ours.

Gold Floor was closed, checking in at front desk takes a lot of time, regardless of status. Front desk is not aligned with cleaning standards of room. Promised daily maid service and night turndown from front desk, housekeeping said that they only clean rooms every three days. bad communication. No bars of large soap, without complaining. housekeeping staff said that they have very little supplies in their carts. very average stay, not exceptional at all

Water dripping from the bathtub all night. Advised rep at checkout and was offered an upgrade for next time. Not sure that there will be a next time until they make this time right. Paid almost $400 per night and had a horrible stay. Haven’t heard back from the mama her just yet.

We travelled by train to the city I lived near for 28 years of my early life. Decided to spend the night before taking train back at the QE. We had a beautiful view of the city from our room. Great location. Very nice room.

My experience was amazing, staff were very accommodating since i decided to get two King rooms instead of the 1 double room i originally booked. The ice machine on the 13th floor where our rooms were situated was not in service, going down 1 floor was not a big hassle. The only negative experience i had was the Nacarat Bar. The constant irritating noise from the music was very loud, even from the 13th floor. I suffer from Tinnitus. It was partially my own fault for not coming forward and saying something to the front desk. I would definitely stay again, i love the quick access from Via Rail station, I am comfortable knowing that when i arrive from Via Rail i am safe and close by, which reduces stress and anxiety when traveling alone.

This was the staff and hotel that saved our 4 day trip for our anniversary from being the most forgettable to one of the most memorable. We had originally checked in at another hotel in Montreal after they refused to refund my booking (paid in full) for the Formula 1 grand prix in 2020 and again in 2021. All they would do was issue me a voucher to be used before December 31 2021. The original booking was for me and my son. So rather that let this substantial about of money go to waste, my wife and i decided to come and use it for our 23 year anniversary. When we arrived we were devastated at the condition of the hotel lobby and our room. Its was dirty, it smelled and there were no services or amenities of any kind. They told us there would be no housekeeping during our 4 night stay. We decided that night we could not stay there. Enter The Fairmont. It was like we left hell and landed in paradise. We were so thrilled and could barely contain our happiness and joy. The experience we had at the Fairmont and the restaurant over the 4 days was simply wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for saving our anniversary experience. It was so great that we want to come back with our 4 teenagers. Thank You, Thank You! John and Rachel D.

Our check in experience was fantastic with Pascal. A few things happened that we were not amused with such as we had to change rooms twice due to loud noise or screaming children- this took 2 hours. Second having another younger male guest threaten to hit me and scream in my face over the elevator use was completely unacceptable.

Room was great, bed extremely comfy, soap really great, service at Rosely was great, especially for the gold floor treat Breakfast was just ok, we would expect more for $29 A bit of following up was necessary on the build to ensure no over charges from the gold upgrade
