Please take note that somebody was doing a room gathering in the room next to me and I could hear many different people talking after 9 .during Covid time this is illegal

Everything was great and check in, check out were smooth. The room was clean and bright and everything worked as it should. It was a little strange saying there during the pandemic but the staff were great and always ready to help (extra soap, capsules for the coffee maker etc.)

Overall - good stay. Had a bad experience speaking to a housekeeping person, where I was treated condescendingly when I asked about the logistics of doing laundry with the hotel. Otherwise, my experience was decent.

Generally I had a good stay that met my expectations. It was consistent with other trips. A few changes from previous trips: Artisan closed early forcing me to order room service. My fitness equipment was all wrong sizes. I don’t believe the attendant misunderstood but rather there was nothing else available. We had verified my sizes.

I loved my stay here. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. I slept very soundly, found that the quietness and the comfortable bed was as expected for a Fairmont. The location is wonderful, easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

I stayed before renovations. I value modern touches. But I feel Accor didn't understand Fairmont's proposal and heritage. I know many Accor's brands around the world and I feel it didn't do well into the way this Fairmont was renovated. I also visited Royal York where renovations kept the style. I have stayed at McDonalds and I hope it will be done better. Please, take a look at carpets designs...lighting...furniture.... Class....it is all about class. EVEN for young and dynamic customers as I AM.
