My visit was nearly perfect -- great service and outstanding staff. The only challenge was that the thermostat in my room had no effect on the temperature no matter how much I changed it and the room was to hot at night for sleeping.

As a platinum member I am not particularly satisfied with my stay: - although I received the room upgrade, there was no welcome letter (or anything else, even a coockie) in the room. - When I tried to use my welcome dring for a Malbec red wine, the waitor said he can't accept it because the welcome drink concerns only Chianti red wine!!! - when I tried to access the Fairmont lounge, I was told I have no access; the lounge is only for the Fairmont gold card members... I can continue with more examples, but definitely this was not a welcome and standard for an Accor platinum card member

I stayed in and excellent room with a view of the river. I can't say enough about the service in this hotel. Greeted by a wonderful doorman, great bell staff, welcoming reception staff and even the concierge came to me to introduce himself as I checked in. I was escorted to my room and shown how its features operated. Whenever the staff came in to check my mini bar they would offer to make me a coffee or ask if they could get me anything. In the dining room, particularly for breakfast, the staff were outstanding. Offering me papers, remembering the coffee I liked, offering to serve me my food rather than go to the buffet. The buffet selection was of the highest quality and variety. This truly was an outstanding stay with service of the highest order. This team has wonderful dedication to service throughout the hotel. AAA rating from me and I would stay here everytime

This hotel is very elegant and you feel the history when you walk in. It's very well located, very close to the funi which will take you to the city center. The room was gorgeous and very spacious. It also has a small spa. Very nice breakfast.

Average. Breakfast was OK, but not amazing. No good meat really..sort of cold waffles...nice big room, but facing two big roads and McDonald's with no soundproofing. Woke up at least an hour earlier than needed due to the noise.
