We came to the Savoy for a special family treat. It was everything we hoped it would be. A beautiful hotel matched by a genuinely warm and sincere welcome from staff. We were delighted with our room as it was in the Art Deco style as well as being superbly comfortable and with our every need catered for. All staff, at every level, treated us with cheerful charm and helpfulness throughout our stay. It was all simply perfect.

The Savoy has by far beaten any other hotel I have stayed in. The staff are exceptional, especially Emily, surroundings, bars, restaurants, all of an impeccably high standard but with a very relaxed atmosphere. They have struck the perfect combination.

Checked in early, enjoyed a very pleasant champagne afternoon tea, had great seats to see Pretty Woman at the Savoy theatre and in the evening enjoyed a fine meal at Ramsey’s Grill before a night cap in the bar and an excellent nights sleep. A truly great way to spend a Sunday.

Surprise 2 night birthday stay. From the welcome at the door to Marta on reception ,our house keeper and breakfast staff in the Thames Foyer all staff members were courteous, polite and made us feel special.... Thank-you

The hotel was very welcoming and friendly, the room was very comfortable. The hotel is located in central London close to the theatres and Convent Garden so we were able to have a lovely time exploring.

We stayed at the Savoy, London for three nights and have to stay that you get what you pay for! The service and staff were excellent with the only down point being that there was just the Savoy Grille open.

Wonderful hotel, not sure on service

Overall, the hotel and amenities were 1st class. I was surprised that the American Bar was closed for the weekend. When I ordered something via room service it didn't arrive, despite 2 further calls, but it was on my bill when I checked out. When I booked a table at the other bar, the time of the booking was incorrect, so not a great service experience.
