A lovely stay but we would not come again because we loathed the piped music at breakfast and the over-amplified live music in the otherwise wonderful cocktail bars. Why must guests be assaulted by noise?

Staff as always are excellent- Just let down by Breakfast on Sunday in Restaurant being very slow, which I acknowledge we did get an apology from the staff and management- In order to give you the the appropriate feedback to instigate the necessary change the quality of the Savoy Breakfast also wasn’t good - My son made the comment to me that a Whetherspoons breakfast was far more enjoyable at a fraction of the price. We have stayed at comparable hotels in London and around the world and can say that your breakfast experience is lagging behind by a long way - I hope you will take these points on board as we really do enjoy staying here.

There was a misunderstanding on my part about the 'winter warmer' package. I thought 20 percent off BAR was a discount on bar bills associated with our stay. Megan checked us out and was extremely understanding and kindly applied the discount to our bar bill. I have always been impressed with your staff's attitude towards guests.

Breakfast was incredible and the service amazing, was just the rooms were a little dated and tired. The lamps were wonkey on the wall and they took our coat hangers for our even wear so we had to then replace them with the ones in the wardrobe. But was an enjoyable stay.

We had a brief return visit after Christmas for our wedding anniversary, dining at the Savoy Grill. Firstly, you upgraded us to a suite, which was absolutely amazing!! Then we had a fabulous meal, with wonderful service, followed by a romantic nightcap in the truly iconic American Bar! To cap it all we had a fantastic view of the river from our window before a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep. And of course a "not to be missed" breakfast in the morning. All in all another unforgettable experience, beautifully managed by your superb staff. Thank you so very, very much. You are simply the best!!!!

I had made two reservations together and called to make sure that the rooms would be next to each other, though found out when we arrived that we would not be located anywhere near one another (not even on the same floor). Had issues with billing and it took five phone calls in order to get the matter resolved. Woman at front desk was extremely rude and not at all helpful (repeatedly hung up on me) - had to escalate complaints to a manager.

The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. No request was too big or too small, and they did everything in their power to make you feel at home. The bed was extremely comfortable, lovely touches in the room such as Nespresso, classical music playing in the room on arrival, welcome notes from the team, etc. I would love to return again for a longer stay!

All aspects of our stay were very satisfactory The staff are briliant and attentive - Full Marks The room was lovely and very comfortable but I would like to make some comment re the shower. First i should explain that, due mainly to my age and insatability, I am unable to use a bath and I am totaly relient on the shower. I must have a "hand rail". The shower in our room looked as if it had been revamped but the hand rail was fitted much too low to give me the support I require. On a personal note I did not like the shower heads fitted or their controls - but you will know better than me what your customers prefer. This is not a complaint - just an observation.

We had a fantastic time. Our rooms were upgraded to the ones we had at our wedding and that was a lovely surprise. Everything went perfectly and the Lego theme was really special, espcially for my son who is a huge lego fan and this coupled with his home from home at The Savoy made it a very magical experience.
