was disappointed that we had a room that the temperature cannot be adjusted, called reception more then 3 times for the technician to attend to it and was told its not adjustable? Finally was transferred to another room.

Our hotel open since 2008, whiich more than 10 years, we've start our renovation step by step for improving gust stay experience. All the staff are nice and very take care of us. I would like to compliment Leon Zhu who are always helpful, nice and attentive to our request. He is a good and valuable staff. A gentleman who usually on duty on 36th floor, (not a tall guy) is very sincere. He has good memory and address our name every time. The trainee, Johnny Han (name may not be correct as no name on his badge) is very smart and outstanding in customer service. Staff at lobby bar are very nice and helpful too. Everytime staying here, we just feel like stay at home. Rooms are comfortable and clean. One bad thing is the air condition is not ideal in winter time. It is too warm and cannot be adjusted individually.

Very warm welcome from hotel staff, hotel lobby is a bit quiet and even the cake shop near lift lobby is not open. Equipment in room is a bit wear off.

I stayed in room 4709. In the morning, about 530am, there was a lot of traffic on the lift nearby, creating a lot of noise and woke us up much earlier than we wish.

« Fantastic Service!!! »

This is my favourite hotel in Foshan!! What make this hotel great is the staff and management!! Jimmy the General Manager is always aroung greating guests and making sure everything runs well! Jack on level 36 is amazing! My clients left their jackets in the room and he had them packed and sent before we knew they were gone! Everybody knows him and he knows everybody! Leona on the desk has a big smile and has fixed some problems with our invoices and ongoing reservations, she's a true star!! Ester in the executive lounge is always there when you need her and makes sure you are very well looked after! Jeffrey in the restaurant is also a star! Looking after breakfast and ensuring the coffee is always full! I have missed a couple of people, but everybody was wonderful! I regularly bring clients to China and I always bring them to the Swiss for a bit of a treat. A great hotel!!

Overall nice hotel by misses on a few small details. You have to change elevators to get all the way from reception to your room. This is no big deal once, but when you do it four times each day for a week it’s annoyingly. Breakfast room is not very spacious and could have a better selection. Staff is overall very nice all over the hotel. It’s a little bit to far away for the Canton fair. Bus used 1 1/2 hour and the Metro takes about 70 minutes.

Change elevators is mainly for the safety and privacy of our guest due to our property is multiple building with offices and apartments, and the hotel guest needs to read the room card in the elevator to reach the guest room, which is for ensuring the security and privacy for the guests, we hope to get your understanding in this side. We arranged staff for guiding elevator at the exchanging floor, we will enhance the service on it. And I would like to recommend you experience the Swiss Executive Room at your next visit, which with 38-45 Square meter, European-style room design and equipment, a full set of luxury bath supplies and other business guests favorite. Guests who choose the Swiss executive room can enjoy breakfast, evening cocktails and snacks in the executive lounge. Sincerely look forward to your visit to Swissôtel Foshan again!
