The package that I bought it’s worth it. But the swimming pool was dirty. There were many dry leaves in there and it’s so slippy.

I and my partner decided to choose Swissotel Bkk Ratchada for our wedding engagement and reception because of hotel staff's hospitality, and I had great experience with the hotel in the past few years too (company event was held here). Sales Dept. "Never say No to customer", and I feel that Khun Nui and Khum Team offered their best support from heart and friendliness. I and my partner so impressed to see them of our big day, Khun Team always smile and speaking polite but fast action. Banquet Dept. Without Khun Roeng (BQ Sup.), my wedding would not be smooth. Proactive and great service ! He is very good at organizing the wedding event ever ! Food and Service are also great ! Everyone said FOOD was so good and the atmosphere as well ! We knew that everyone worked so hard on that day. Thank you very much for your great support ! We love you and the hotel ! wishing you all the best !

Lots of dusts in the room. Water in the bathtub turned yellow and bad smell through the pipe. Swimming pool floor is slippery. Water is not clear, got some green slippery thing on the tiles.

Great for overall stay, we miss the club lounge because now it’s currently relocate to the deli cafe. Good and clean room, many thanks for the birthday cake and flower bouquet, there are troublesome about the LED light at the curtain rail because they only can be switch off with the master switch, so its impossible for a baby to sleep In the bedroom while we’re working at the table. Chinese food at longfong are great.

First impression have to be more care and pay attention with a clear or more in deep details with new normal in preriod to preventive of covid-19. *Reception upon arrival : the man has asking me for ID. Card number from my son he is 4 years old!!(During register to fill in a form for chrcked in) *Standard of room set up ;no any information about room service or food delivery have to be add. Line official after called to operator to help our request for lunch.(no one inform) *Key card got a problem twice time and staff said guest have to be come up stair to get a new one!!(last is after came back from the pool!!!and wet with a cheilden). *Good friendly from lady with a nice smile. ,Good help from room maid support us to call direcly to someone and asking to lwt themm know that we unable to open the room,porter so lovely to taking with a good care with eye contact and service mind. Staff for BF. In the morning and coffee time after checed out were good care. Linen and towels look nice and good sleep for pillows are softer.

My experience was excellent as usual other than the restrictions due to emergency, It remains my preferred hotel for logistical and excellent services provided. Also during this emergency precarious situation, I was very glad to find the same personel and find the usual recognition being a frequent customer. Many hotels seem to unfortunately have changed most of they personel, so I make my compliments to the management. I think they should make an effort to restart some room service for food. Will be back on any occasion back to Bangkok
