3 day stay in the middle of the pandemic and given that the staff really went the extra mile. Rooms were well presented, free upgrade to a corner room so it was all good. Definitely worth a look when things open up again.

It was really comforting to see Swisshotel had implemented health controls. We found it very reassuring and certainly felt safe. We weren't sure what to expect but they did a wonderful job. The property was fantastic. We stayed in a suite and it was well appointed and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and always happy to chat, from the staff at the front desk including David, the Ops Director to Suzanne from Guest relations, through to the staff at the restaurant and AJ in particular. In these adverse times in the middle of the Corona Virus pandemic, they continue to operate with a positive attitude and always with a smile in what must be tough circumstances for them too. We will certainly be back when things start to get back to normal, but if we need to return to the CBD during this health crisis we certainly have no reservations about Swiss Hotel. One last small but significant point, it was nice to see they still deliver newspapers to the rooms as requested.

My partner and I stayed for a night at Swissotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The location was very convenient, the room was cleanly and the staff were extremely polite. As a direct result of this, the price of our stay was reaffirmed as very good value. The only suggestion I could make is to improve the atmosphere of the diner/bar, however that is a minor thing. Overall, a very comfortable stay!

Lovely room, in a great location. A bit upset about the bathroom, shower leaked over pretty much the entire floor, causing me to slip. Drainage obviously needs to be looked into as water drains straight through the door. Impressed with how they upgraded my mum to a nicer room for her birthday and organised cake on arrival. You made her COVID 60th birthday a special one so Thankyou.

Our stay with you was very good, our only disappointments were that the hot tub wasnt working, (I booked the hotel over all others to have a soak in a hot tub), also an extra serve of toast ordered with breakfast didnt arrive. We also felt that the 3 nespresso pods supplied was insufficient for an over night stay for 2 adults. All in all it was a good experience.

Had a wonderfull stay here!. The rooms were lovely and the staff were very friendly and attentive to any requests we made. The only negative I would have is that the bar fridge in our room wasn’t big enough. Next time I would also request a microwave. But I would definitely be staying here again!!..

My daughter and I had a wonderful two nights at Swissôtel Sydney last weekend. The location is brilliant & the service is always excellent. We spent the weekend eating, shopping & walking. A highlight for me is the pool - a good swim both mornings sets you up for the day! It is without doubt my favourite Sydney hotel

Swissotel is normally awesome, just this time round somewhat Covid affected. No Valet parking, reduced food options and no room cleaning were a bit underwhelming. you should be outlining this at time of booking. Valet parking and the self service parking cost the same ? Really? Staff were nice as always....

Beautiful welcome and departure service. After arriving my partner and I went to the gym then wanted to swim in the heated pool but it was freezing and also the next morning we tried to call for room service in the morning for breakfast multiple times however no one answered. Otherwise overall experience was very pleasant.
