Great location, however hotel under renovation and some staff not pleasant.

Although hotel was in great location, it was too expensive for the experience. From pool not being available, to noise during day due to renovations. The list of negative experiences does continue. It started with an unpleasant dealing with hotel staff at check in. To having to call daily for coffee and toilet paper replenishment. At breakfast, only coffee offer was to utilize a coffee machine however witnessing other patrons obtaining coffee from a coffee barista. Double beds for 3 people very uncomfortable. View from room of a pool renovation. Then to conclude my experience with the same rude hotel staff on check out. Overall, very displeased for the amount i paid.

Really enjoyed our stay, with a great room and perfect location for all public transport and central city shopping and eating. The ongoing renovations did not disturb us at all and the room was very quiet. The only downside was the in-room wifi which was very poor.

Hotel very central

I stayed 10 days - the system to get placed for breakfast was too long - could be more efficient - also checking in (only one coulter was taken) - I had to chance my room due to water - nobody informed me during the day - what a surprise when I came back.

Nice hotel but just a shame about the construction. It also wasn’t flagged to us before we arrived that the pool and spa were unavailable. Other than that, room was spacious and breakfast was delicious. Hotel is also very centrally located just off George Street. Would recommend this hotel but perhaps after the construction is done!

Well located for CBD

Great location and room, helpful cheerful staff at reception and bar. Downsides this visit: long queues to book in and out, poor ambience and decor in reception and bar areas due to significant refurbishment work underway. The house red wine served as the Accor welcome drink was undrinkable, very poor quality.
