« Extremely Perfect stay »

We really enjoyed our stay in Swissotel. The staff were so friendly and they speak many languages. Room was perfectly designed with high attention paid to all details. I suggest to provide shuttle bus to taksim since sometimes taxi are not available. This is my first time in swissotel, but for sure it will not be the last one.

I always prefer to stay in swiss hotels around world. But it is a pity a lot of them were closed in europe. E.g berlin bremen. Swiss hotel standart is perfect for me. Executive rooms lounge is really good.

I had the opportunity to get treatments from your staff Anya at the Spa, and she was extremely understanding of my needs and had excellent technique and hospitality. I would like to mention that she is in fact an exceptional esthetician and massage therapist. I run a beauty salon in Paris called EN, and have met many different therapists but I hope your facility can retain great talent like her!! Also the restaurant I was able to have a very unexpected experience in regards to Japanese food. My heritage is of Japanese origin, and I do not expect much honestly from restaurants that advertise their "Japanese Sushi" dishes that are just wrong 90% of the time. HOWEVER, I has able to have Hitsumabushi (I do not know if your Japanese dish Chef knew he was making this dish) and it was excellent. It is a type of Unagi dish that you have first without the green tea or dashi soup, and later you add the dashi soup or tea to make an Ochazuke, and because of the intricate flavoring required for such an authentic dish.. I was blown away that he did this in an authentic way! I was so surprised that I had to share this experience with my colleagues and my family over the holidays. So now I will definitely be back at your hotel, this time also with my family to experience the great time I had there again. Please do take good care of these exceptional staff and I hope that they are treated in the same way that you would treat your customers. « I have stayed at many 5 star hotels (fairmont, hilton etc) but Swissotel Bosphorus was the best! »

We loved staying at the Swissotel Bosphorus, we were upgraded to a Bosphorus view room. The room was very comfortable, the staff was fabulous (so helpful)! The breakfast was delicious as well! We had an early checkout the day we were leaving, concierge was helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport, sending the bell man to collect the luggage exactly on time, and also prepared breakfast boxes for us as we had to leave before the breakfast buffet. Many Many thanks to the staff at Swissotel for making our stay extra enjoyable!

« Nice hotel with agreat view »

The hotel have a great location, the service is excellent, the team very professional. The room very large and confortable. I had a great upgrade as a platinium member, with a bosphore view. The only issue we had is one employer of Swissotel Izmir come to bother my girlfriend at the executive lounge. At beguning I thought he was a drunk client, but later we saw he knows the staff and I thought he was working at the same hotel. But later I have asked who was they said he was working at Swissotel Izmir, and he is known when he drunk he makes trouble. I am surprised if the hotel knows the behave of that person they should not let him access the executive lounge or even to the hotel. I wonder how come is still working at Swissotel! The team of Swissotel Bosphore is excellent and very professional, the hotel should not let someone from Swissotel Izmir tarnish this picture.

« One of best and favorite property i have stayed in İstanbul »

I love the hotel for mor than 12 years and i tried to stay all the time here ,but sometimes either very expensive or fully booked ,but i was happy i got an upgrade being platinum customer .thanks Sleep comfort is exceptional super . Food .breakfast ,room service ,perfect . Staff at executive club really super friendly even their English still can be improved . Senim at the club was super helpful and really super staff to have as i also own hotels in Asia .. Am back on Sunday again

It is a beautiful Hotel, well kept, the decoration for Christmas and new year's is spectacular. I only had one bad experience with room service, where came to my room and they removed all the pillows from the bed and kept one only.
