We love swiss hotel experience as always thanks for the sevice. I would like to underline that at the reception desk, mrs/ms Burcu was very helpfull, positive and made our visit a special one. Only negative thing is the altitude of the parking lot staff, fyi they re so rude.

We do apologies that the 16 Roof Bar was not available during your stay, but we are glad we were able to provide an alternative solution Gabbro Bar for the winter season. We are highly concerned with your feedback regarding the breakfast and reception experiences and would like to apologise if any inconvenience caused. The well-being of our guests is our top priority and we would like to learn some more details in order to analyze what happened and to improve. Referring to the credit card authorisation, please be assured we have checked again with the bank for the cancellation and sent once again the request. We would like to inform you that time to time due to each countries bank agreement with their Turkish counterpart, it might take more than couple weeks for authorization to be released. I stayed at the hotel from in the first week of November. Despite the fact that I had to complain to the guest desk for the towel and they immediately resolved I was happy and satisfy staying at your hotel. I used the restaurants and also the spa during my stay, so I can comment on that! The Turkish bath was great and I enjoyed it a lot. The quality of the tea you served in the main lobby was poor. The restaurant down stair, I can't remember the name, was good in terms of the staff. the quality of food was average. Above all, I would like to thank the Swisshotel for their great gesture and surprised me with a birthday cake in my room. I also would like to thank the guest desk for their great service, specially the manager.

« A very luxury hotel very comfortable »

This is my second time in this beautiful hotel and definitely will not be the last. I will come to Swissôtel every time I visit İstanbul. The hotel location is perfect. Close to shops and close to the sea shore where you can easy go for a morning walk or jog and enjoy the beautiful view of the phosphorus. As well as the view from the room it’s also awesome. The hotel is very clean and I love the smell of the lobby so much that I miss it when I go. The staff is so polite so professional and so helpful. The breakfast is over the top. The Gabro bar and restaurant is so entertaining and is a great addition to the hotel. We enjoy popping on for a drink. I don’t know what else to say but overall it’s amazing.

This was the second time I stayed at your hotel. I was somewhat disappointed due to balcony being closed therefore breakfast area was too crowded. Also it would be nice to have at least some dress code at breakfast area as respect to others so people with Pajamas are not allowed in breakfast area.
