Starting with the warm welcome, the suite was beautiful, always clean and the view was great as we were located on a high floor, concierge were very helpful they helped us book in many resturants and went beyond expectations in helping us. The hotel location is great. Its almost nearby every where.

I forgot my swimming suit in the room. Nobody wrote or called me, although I checked out at 10am, and spent the whole day at the hotel at a conference, I had to write to the concierge a few days later . The hotel could have called me since they surely had a cleaner come and discover it between my check out at 10am and me leaving the hotel at 7pm (time when I picked up my luggage from the concierge) Instead of that, the hotel asks me now for 50 euros to send it over. This is unacceptable service. They also still didn’t release the autorisation on my card.

lovely rooms, good staff, poor bar with insufficient seating for guests and staff not attentive enough. Having agreed (signed) and settled hotel bill 24 hrs later an additional bill is sent and deducted form my credit card for goods from mini bar I did not consume. Ridiculous and as yet unresolved. Rather spoilt a very warm feeling upon departure.

The hospitality of the staff was commendable and the service was impeccable. The "Breakfast' team was so warm and thoughtful that they packed a few bakery products for my family. The location of the hotel was very convenient and we had a very comfortable stay at the Royal Monceau!

Le Royal Monceau Raffles Paris is located in Paris's 8th Arrondissement in close proximity to Charles de Gaulle Étoile and Champs-Elysées. We received a double-upgrade to a Junior Suite of 58 square metres, which was carefully designed in a unique manner and equipped with furniture of highest quality. The same is true for the lovely bed linens and towels, which were exceptionally solid AND comfortable. Originally, no coffee machine was in the room, but upon request, one was instantly delivered to our room. One fancy gadget were the TVs hidden behind two vast mirrors. Housekeeping does a fantastic job maintaining the rooms, which are perfectly clean and look almost new despite their age of ten years. This is also true for the breathtakingly beautiful bathroom of white marble with a huge bathtub as well as very spacious shower including rain shower and back massage function. The Clairins bathroom amenities had a lovely fragrance - one could not get enough of them! For the service, we were surprised at the genorisity, friendliness, and level of professionalism we were presented. What a pleasure! As my birthday was the occasion of our stay, we were most generously surprised by two delicious cakes and a bottle of Champagne. Such a lovely gesture will remain unforgotten for long! Also, the breakfast was a delight. Eggs Benedict were tasty and the buffet - especially cheese, fruit and pastry - was of exceptional quality. Just for the coffee and tea, we would have expected a much higher standard, especially considering the à-la-carte prices. No hotel is perfect - Yet, we did sense that this Raffles property aims at being so.
