a bit surprised that there was no bottled water and hairdryer in the room on my arrival- I had to ask the housekeeping to bring them for me. My room was supposed to have a late check out until 3pm, but this was not marked in the system and I got a call from reception after 12:00 asking if I need "help" with checking out :)

« A perfect stay, pleasant, relaxing, rejuvenating! »

It was a weekend with a last-minute decision and organization with the efficient and useful help of Le Royal Monceau reservation staff. Well, we were so plaisantly surprised. It is an extremely nice hotel, with always smiling, pleasant and helpful teams. We had such a very good experience there. The room was so nicely decorated. We could enjoy a very quiet and peaceful weekend while discovering the Parisian areas. The presence of the Monceau garden and park just around the corner is so pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay at Le Royal Monceau and shall come back soon. We also enjoyed very much the Clarins spa and fitness area, with its quiet pool. We loved this weekend !

This was our second time at your hotel and we stayed for 6 nights. Everything was amazing, especially the cleanliness of our room. Our maid was the best! We also enjoyed breakfast and loved the pool. The only 2 things I would mention were the service at breakfast and the service at Le Bar Long. Sometimes it was a little slow and often at breakfast we had to flag down the waiter to take our order for eggs.

From the first moment to the last a delight experience. The place is carefully conceived, though I’ve stayed there many times about 30 years ago, it does not compare to what it feels like now. Worst in my entire life and I travel 300 days in a year. The concierge team despite it very clear instructions failed to send an urgent and important document by DHL Express due to which I missed a critical deadline incurring a business loss of Euro 17 thousand.

« Fantastic luxurious stay! »

Wonderful from the very beginning. Incredible service, magical rooms, wonderful hotel. Restaurants were fantastic, especially Il Carpaccio and their truffle pasta. The pool and spa facilities were so peaceful and elegant. We never wanted to leave our room, but of course we had to as we were in Paris. Location couldn't be better. Concierge services were outstanding. Could not ask for a better stay.

« I would recommend the hotel, we're a few mishaps but overall was very good »

The room and service were great! The "art concierge" worked with my travel agent in advance to arrange art tours with a guide, the guide although a nice person was unprepared, knew nothing about the exhibit although he had advanced knowledge about what we were seeing...couldn't even tell us what country the artist was from or any basic facts! This was very disappointing so we had to cancel him and arrange for a new guide who was excellent but now on such short notice wasn't so available so sadly i didn't get the full Paris art experience i was looking for due to the fault of the hotel

Spent four nights at the hotel. Had one dinner there that was wonderful. Good food and beautiful atmosphere. Breakfast was way too expensive and chose to eat elsewhere. The hotel is decorated beautifully

The monceaux staff was very friendly and accommodating with our needs. They booked our dinner reservations in the hotel and helped get our tickets for tours whenever we needed. They even tailored my aunts new dress! I was impressed. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

« Fabulous! A place that invites you to stay and enjoy. »

First of all, this is a place to enjoy the senses, the atmosphere and the ambiance. The decoration and art displayed throughout the hotel make you feel relaxed and with a sense of happiness. We always felt welcomed as at home. Check in process was a breeze and with great attitude and kindness by the front desk person. The room has beautifully appointed in an eclectic style, original, different and very inviting. Concierge service was outstanding. They fulfilled every request pleasantly and with extremely warm attitude. The doorman was incredibly attentive, as when I came back from a city jogging and after greeting me he was quick to offer me a bottle of fresh water. In summary, we can’t wait to come back.
