It was very crowded were people should stand in line for long time to enter to the swimming pool. I do not know why the capacity of the rooms is not calculated to utilize the capacity of the pool during these times. otherwise, do not welcome people who come for day passes as you know you have alot of rooms booked on these days. Even the kids pool is closed and I have 2 young kids who did not enjoy their stay too. Although we had stayed in Ritz Carlton the week before and shangrilla too the week before Ritz but we had really the best experience and enjoyed our time.

I used entertainer half board and it is was good value for money for the hotel facilities that include buffet breakfast, access to pool and gym and dinner(needs improvement as set menu does not give you much choice)

Miserable staying it is the worst hotel I have been visit, sorry for saying that The furniture is very old the toilets has scratches looks not clean the sink stuck and blocked The pool is full of people and we have to wait for queues The restaurant smelled egg and not clean and also ofcourse places The staff not friendly we called the house keeping for more than one hour ofcourse reply and we have to wait for room service to bring water for my kids more than one hour We received the room very late at 4 o’clock after waiting 2 hours I don’t like the staying at all and I will not come again

For my son's birthday, we chose to stay at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr and we weren't disappointed. My kids enjoyed playing in the beach and swimming in the pool. I just hope that the hotel will improve their service cause some of our requests took over an hour to be delivered, and others we didn't even receive (like extra pillow and blanket).

I have faced lots of issues during my stay. Housekeeping was not done to my room twice despite the sign was turned on. Lots of room ameneties were missing such as face towls. Despite my complaints, the service wasn’t up to the name of fairmont chain. I was really surprised with such poor services. The rooms as well are not sound proof lots of noise was there and it can be heard all times. I have recommended the hotel to my friends at the beginning of my stay and I was really sorry that I did this as they faced similar issues with the service.

It was a family trip and we expected to see what is placed in the pictures and described on the hotel website but... We stayed in the family room 241 for 2 nights. The room was fine. But after room cleaning on the second day the remote control disappeared. We could not turn on the TV. After the call to 0 and declaring the problem - NOTHING happened. After 21.00 no response to any of my calls, not reception, not room service - just no response at all. Very disappointed with services - we needed to request towels several times, still not delivered. The pool is too small for such a hotel. You need urgently to increase the pool size. You have a horrible design of facilities. Very inconvenient and absolute waste of space you have. Only ONE shower for the Two beaches!!! for all those people??? Really far away from showers for the pool and not easy to access, simply not even visible. Terrible coordination of people to access the pool. Hotel capacity to comfort the guests now should be 60%, but it was 110% counting people from outside to enjoy the facilities. Crowded, dirty pool, not working kids pool (without any visible reason), infants in adults pool. Only ONE lifeguard for TWO beaches. No temperature control when entering restaurants, no temperature control to enter the pool section. No response for the requests. Never again...

We were disappointed with the arrangment at the swimming pool. I came with my family and on each day ensured we arrived at 855am at the pool to ensure we get a deck chair space. We came to find that people were allowed to come early and mark their space and then come back many hours later. The hotel should not allow this and it should be on a first come first serve basis once the pool opens. This ensures fairness for all guests. I do not plan to come back again for this reason and took away from the experience for me and my family.

First of all, sun beds are not sanitized as expected compared to other hotels I have been to during this time, no one from the hotel have informed us that if you go to the beach we have to get our own towel from the rooms and we were not allowed to receive towels at the ground floor next to the beach. Next day in the morning, we had to wait for a whole one hour just to get coffee and cups being sent to our room!! Room service barely picked up the phone..

The Fairmont experience is always delightful. Between the bridges pioneers your sight to pleasant views all around. Amenities are huge in number such as a Michelin 3* restaurant by Marco Pierre White. A cozy sushi and steak house eateries and bar. Pool access, gym and private beach are at play. Men's an ladies salons are at your disposal all accompanied by amazing service provided by the friendly staff. Overall quite a pleasant stay.
