Perfect 10/10. Amazing front of hotel service and in room dining. Concierge can be more efficient as it took 30 mins to collect bags from room.

Pool bar service is very poor. Poor service by the staff and any drinks requested are out of stock although menu has list of juices. In short, all inclusive package customers are not served good brands of alcohol, instead cheap brands are served which is totally disappointing for the money we pay.

it was nice and pleasant stay. I didn't like the food it was cold and taste was not good. My dinner I ordered water but asap they gave me bottle of water they given me a bill also to pay. I said to waiter ok let me finish my dinner i will pay but he came 3 time for the payment which was very weird. Washroom was stinky.

The Manager Fairmont Ajman All the staff at Fairmont Ajman were excellent. The pool staff, beach staff, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, gym staff, reception and security staff too. However one member of staff stood out in particular, Marc Mercado who was responsible for the maintenance and replenishment of our room facilities. Marc ensured that we never ran short of anything whatsoever, whether it was toiletries or our tea and coffee supplies. He did it all with a smile. No matter how often we required any item he was always only too willing to assist in any way possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble. In fact after a few days into our stay he had learned our routine (never disturbed our sleep) and we were replenished without the need to ask. He worked around us. His manner was impeccable and he understood the needs of his guests perfectly. It is people like Marc that make your holiday that bit extra special. More memorable. The "can do... will do" attitude. In fact it is because of Marc that we will be returning to Fairmont Ajman. His attitude and professionalism especially during the current times of Covid were commendable. My wife and I are quite well travelled and in particular have been visiting Dubai since the last 20yrs, at least once a year, if not twice a year. We have stayed and visited many resorts and establishments whilst in Dubai. We have experienced many Hilton Hotels (Beach & City locations), Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa (JBR), Jumeirah Beach Hotel ..... just to name a few venues. In summary a thank you to all your staff but an extra special mention and much gratitude to Marc Mercado who was outstanding in every aspect of his role. He has demonstrated a level of customer care and customer service that we have not witnessed till this visit in 20yrs experience of the UAE. Thank you Fairmont Ajman..... ......And a very very big thank you to Marc. Look forward to visiting Fairmont Ajman again soon! Mr & Mrs J (UK)

The food was bad at the buffet with no much varieties.. plus they put the leftover food from the lunch to the dinner ! The put the sushi at night same dish like lunch and all the sweets leftover they put in one plate together! This was not professional at all especially for a reputable hotel like you! The ac was very in the room too hot , I tried to lower the temperature to the max but still it didn't work ! It was a bad night the food then the ac , but , otherwise the welcoming and the service were very good!

We were very pleased with the rest during these difficult times. Each employee of the hotel performed their duties perfectly, creating a cozy atmosphere and a safe stay for each guest. It was easy to communicate at the reception because there were staff who spoke Russian. For breakfast and dinner, everyone found a dish to their liking. We loved how your chef made Egg Benedict with Salmon. The beach and pool are very beautiful. It was nice to find morning wishes in the sand. I will now recommend the hotel to my friends. If we decide to relax in the UAE, then only in Fairmont Ajman. Thank you for a wonderful time with you.

Pleasant Stay with Family

I stayed here for two nights with my mother and daughter. We choose the option to have breakfast and buffet dinner. Whilst the hotel is family friendly it did not have a kids club/indoor AC area where children could play unlike some other hotels of the Accor group in the region. The buffet dinner was fine for two nights but there was not enough variety. I found the Indian food section particularly tasty and fresh. However, I noticed that part of the carpet in our room was lifted in one area, which made my 18 month old daughter who had been learning to walk for a month, trip quite a few times. Reception were aware but did not follow-up nor did the employee who came to see the issue. In addition, when wet, the floor was very slippery in the hall/bathroom area of the room.

An okay stay

The beach and pool facilities and services are good and enjoyable. But the room and restaurant are less satisfactory. The water from the faucet of the room we stayed in smelled awful so we ended up using bottled waters. In the restaurant, it’s self-service despite of Covid-19. Although there were gloves provided, not everyone wore them and no one was checking if everyone is abiding to the precautionary measures. The food was also repetitive. The staff were friendly and provided good service, although there was a miscommunication issue regarding one of our dinners which was resolved eventually. Overall, it was an okay stay but we would probably stay in other hotels in the area next time.

Don’t expect late checkouts or fast service

Room was nice. I like the separation of the dressing room with the rest. Fantastic sea view. I will suggest adding more operators on the phone as it takes forever to reach one. Also, service a bit slow. Don’t expect late checkouts as they will give you a cold shoulder

Super stay and hospitality with great weather & beach

By far the best beach I have visited in the UAE. Soft, silky and devoid of any rocks / stones. Also the weather was fantastic. Hassan from front desk was there at check-in and checkout and he was most hospitable and welcoming. Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and went out of their way to make things comfortable for us. The room was spacious and roomy with a super terrace with a spectacular view. Breakfast was a great spread. Kiondo, Chatty, Arman, Janet and many others took great care of us. At the beach / pool, Omar, Sylvester, Elvis were also very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a great time at Fairmont Ajman and hope to visit again soon.

Very nice hotel with private beach. Excellent rooms. Very polite service and we are happy to come back any time. Family friendly hotel, however also some quiet areas. Hotel took care of Covid-19 security but not all guests followed the requirements.
