Staff were welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. Hotel facilities were great and location is ideal as it is a short walk from the metro. My one negative was the noise. I stayed for 5 months and heard music basically every night at different volumes from the nearby clubs/bars (mostly from the Conrad I think). I asked to move room twice but the request wasn't accommodation. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would return.

It was an absolutely perfect stay, the staff was nice, polite and extremly service orientated in all parts of the hotel. Especially the staff at the Gold Lounge was so nice and they did whatever they could do to make our stay perfect ! I want to give a special thanks to Sajan and Franklin and also Rachelle David for being so nice and attentive to us and really tried everything to comfort us as much as possible. Not to forget of course Mariam and Narsay :) We really felt like coming into a family and we will 100% stay there again when we come back to Dubai. I can only highly recommend the Fairmont Dubai and it was more than a pleasure for us to stay there !

The stay was good. There were two worth mentioning outstanding people Sajan and Sidhant. Sajan is at the fairmont gold and Sidhant at the front desk. Fairmont is lucky to have these two on board with them. Secondly I faced an issue I was told the fairmont lounge was complimentary for a day on my stay but was later charged 250 aed for the lounge. This was something which I was not expecting and not told of. This was a bad experience.

The only problem was that my colleague has reserved a twin bed for me. When I arrived at the reception, they told me that it’s non-smoking room. They didn’t help me to change it.

Everything went flawless on this visit. I communicated early with the Guest Experience Manager (Tanja). My room was ready for early check-in and as usual, the hotel offered everything I needed on this stay (sleep, work, workout)

The hotel staff & Management were very supportive & considerate. Residents of Duja tower had to evacuate due to a fire incident & the Fairmont staff & Management did a fantastic job to accommodate & assist all those guests. Respect!
