Very happy to have a modern room in very good condition, very clean. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive with an excellent gym and 2 pools and on site dining.

Impossible to sleep

Music during the night, fire alarm during the night, impossible to sleep. The hotel iteself is a good hotel, very clean room, very rapid services, but my experience was globally not good because was impossible to sleep. Music from a club (I don't know where) during every night, and 2 fire alarm in the same night, creates problem to sleep to alot of people.

We very much enjoyed our stay in your hotel. Our only complaint was the prices for drinks and food in your sports bar which we thought were over the top.

We made a complain to management with all the problems we received since the arrival day. We stayed 5 days but non of the day was we expected from this hotel staff. We had at least 10 issues the time we spent there.

There is pending amount of ordered food not returned back even i informed to the reception. It has not been given back. And access cards are multiples times goes to not working

Hi, I did have a good overall experienced with the staff and the rooms, which were recently renovated. The location is very convenient as well. What dissatisfied me is that I had a Fairmont Gold rate, and therefore should have had separated facilities for check-in, lounge and other benefits, which were not provided. Again the staff tried to accommodate it and was very kind, but I was of course disappointed. I would have expected Fairmont/ALL not to market a rate if they cannot provide the services attached to it.

This trip was with my family and mother in law who is not well and uses a wheelchair sometimes. The hotel were very helpful accommodating her in every way . the kitchen chefs would cook for her if she didn't like what's on the menu. the restaurants staffs from suman ,rijju, hasina and others were all great especially they were also new in the hotel. we had initial minor problems in the beginning frist 2 days but then it got better. The hotel is going through major room renovations but there is no disturbance. the hotel was very busy during this festive time. my thanks to all the staffs .happy new year

I was a loyal customer to Fairmont every time I visit Dubai, but after my last visit the service was soo bad, during my entering for check-in they give me room, not as I requested (smoking, 2 bed and very bad view) and she said that what we have, then I was leaving the hotel to go to another then another person in reception check-in told me sorry for the inconvenience and give me room, as I requested (non-smoking, king bed with the view), also during my breakfast service, was not kind, raff and bad vibes, not a good experience as all, not like before when I was staying before, also to notice there were varieties in breakfast every day now, every day the same breakfast.

Very enjoyable stay. We participated in a trade show at the world trade centre. Just a very short walk away. Breakfast was lovely and sports bar was nice to wind down after a busy day

Deer Accor, 3 issues as per my email to customercare. (1)Can you reimburse my 8,000 points as there was a glitch at the reservation system and I paid the full amount as per attached Tax Invoice A. (2)Also the total stay are 3 night as per my booking but the system only captured one night. I paid the total 1+2 night as per attached Invoice B. (3)Attached my 3 nights booking which was captured in my mobile but not at the hotel reservation system. Kindly check what happened? Which was supposed to be total AED2,586.56 but I ended up paying AED2,767.25. Which the duty officer Mr Mena was very helpful and offered me the best rate he could. But he was puzzled by the reservation system too.

Outstanding Room and View. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. However no hairdryer found in room, very slow check in and blocked amount for pre-auth still blocked. Asked during check out to clear it, was told it was used to make payment however just a sale was made and the initial amount is still blocked.

1. Called house keeping to clean the room and I left for 6hrs to come back and see the room still not cleaned. They never came. 2. Room was badly cleaned and badly maintained even the bathrooms were clogged.

We loved staying at the Fairmont, Marwa, your employee, made sure our stay was perfect and was very attentive to our needs. The only negative was our 2 bedroom 2 bath suite had mold in the shower which was disconcerting and the refrigerator smelled and the freezer needs to be defrosted. Overall, we would stay there again!

I recently stayed for 3 nights in a room on 28th floor. All the staff I interacted with were consistently excellent. Helpful, professional and polite, a credit to the business. The room was large and well furnished. The only downside with the hotel was that even being on a relatively high floor there is quite noticeable traffic noise through the night and I could also hear the music from the nightclub in the building on several nights. The hotel is located on the side of a large busy road and the noise isn't terrible but the windows seem to be single glazed and I'm a light sleeper so was disturbed by it.
