Review to thank Yusuf Aji that came very fast to clean our room after a water incident. Very nice / polite guy 👍 We had access to the Gold Lounge. They serve nice breakfast, and lunch. People serving us were nice as well, just like at the reception. Thank you 😊

Good service, nice taste of the food.. wow my kids will be back here again.. so cool!!! If theres a holiday moment, off course we will staycation here, and celebrate every big day.. The price is moderate too. So we can enjoy every moment here.. thankyouu

Friendly staff, and a beautiful view of the suites facing the golf course. Foods at the View Restaurant was very good. The food was just at the right taste, and delicious and the waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. We love the underpass to Plaza Senayan.

The best receptionist

I’ve experienced the best services and hospitality at this hotel. The receptionist, Mr. Fanani help us even with paying his own money, when we struggle to change our larger bills into smaller one since taxi driver didn’t have changes. I really wanted to give it back on the other day, but he just said he don’t need it. Please allow me to thank him here from my heart. He was the best receptionist I’ve ever seen.

I review should be an honest opinion, a personal diary like. However for Fairmont, i would like to list down everything i have greatly experienced here : 1. besides the Hotel sense of luxury style, THE PEOPLE who works for fairmont IS THE FRIENDLIEST of all 5 Star Hotels i have been, i have met Miss ARY from Spectrum restaurant and i felt sooo comfortable talking with her, very humble and bumbly! 2. THE FOOD. so many varieties, quantities and qualities are top notch! 3. Room ambience, no need to explain. 9,8/10
