This was a beautiful stay on the way home, after two weeks of travel in the Phillipines. The rooms, service, restaurant and facilities were excellent. Would stay again without question. The only small thing I would suggest would be to add fans in the gym for those exercising.

This is my 4th or 5th time I have stayed at the Fairmont, Makati. I have never had any reason to complain. Service has always been excellent. From the entrance onwards all is smooth and effortless. I will continue to stay there whenever I am in Manila.

As above but I found the temperature of the pool to be too cold - it was a discincentive to want to swim. There were only a hardy few who went in and even fewer that stayed in for long.

« Excellent stay, ideal location »

I had picked the hotel based on recommendation, and also because the sister property Raffles was full. They are both so conveniently located to the Greebelt, short walk is all it takes. The staff at the Fairmont, with very few exceptions, were very well trained, attentive and responsive. I will definitely return.

I asked for a soft-copy of the hotel bill by email which never came. After requesting for it and providing the period of stay and room number, I was given the hotel bill of another of your guests. It's completely unacceptable service for a hotel of your standing.
