Hotel property is classic and maintained quite well. Exaggeratingly spacial room(standard suite) with stylish decoration. Bedding is comfortable, maybe one of the best that I experienced. Cleanliness of bathroom and toilets is impressive. Fast check-in and check-out. Hotel staff are friendly and helping. As an Accor platinum member, I have received perking benefits including coupons, room upgrade and complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was wonderful, staff was exceptional as always. I did experience 2 issues, 1 was the temperature in my room. I could not cool down. The other was my internet connection. I could only get signal in the common areas of the hotel, and the bathroom of my room.

Totally, I'd like to recommend it to my colleagues and friends as I received wonderful service, specially the room service. But if something needed to say, I suggest the receptionist should be a little bit nicer or more passionate. I didn't feel any enthusiasm from her when I checked out.

The hotel service are very good, I have below two examples: 1. The reception was very busy when I checked in at 10pm. I observed they did very good to deal with some very impolite and impatient customer who want to cut in line. 2. Room service came to my room to follow up meal order once they found my desk phone line is busy.

It was a comfortable stay, with super service. A friendly and efficient check in, a fantastic experience in the executive club, a clean and comfortable room, a friendly and efficient check out, and ground floor service helped me to get a taxi before 5:00am.

Well maintained hotel with nice interiors. Bed was comfortable so no issue at all with sleeping (I am a light sleeper). Breakfast was provided at the top of the building (almost), so you could see fantastic city views. Good quality also. The only thing I did not find enjoyable was that staff seemed unfamiliar with Accor member benefits, perhaps due to the fact the merger took place not long ago. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay and would come back if I visit Nanjing again.

Thanks so much to the Chief Chef Mr. Marttel (maybe the spelling is incorrect), and his team for the warm reception to the guests every morning. I was grateful for Mr. Marttel specially made the Chinese spring roll in vegetables after I reflected to him and Edwin(another person I appreciated) that I am a vegetarian. Also thanks Edwin for his care to me during the breakfasts, inquiring my any special needs. I was impressive to the crew`s considerate care. They responded my need for chocolate in one night as I felt hypoglycemia, the receptionist in the call quickly responded/transferred to the duty manager, and the house keeper boy quickly sent the chocolate to my room. The tidy room every day..... So many thanks.... to the professional and warmly care team. Will keep continue experience staying in Fairmont Nanjing. With best regards, Elizabeth p.s. Check in process in fast and handled nicely by your crew. Breakfast is comprehensive and staffs are attentive despite big crowd on Tusdays/Wednesday. Request for room near lobby and more drinking water was promptly answered. Check out was Swift and airport pick-ups is comfortable and on-time.

Room was clean and neatly decorated. Fitness facility was also top-notch; it has a good view and well-maintained. Breakfast room was also good. Everybody speaks English and coffee was made by fine barista. However, one minus point is elevators which were squeeking and wobbling constantly...
