Hotel Room - Previously we were given a higher floor as we celebrated my daughter's birthday 01 Aug, maybe I was expecting the same thing when I booked for the 2nd time on my birthday 14 Nov and I ended up with 6th floor but I understand that its based on availability Housekeeping - superb! kudos as what I requested was given like extra towels were given, extra toiletries Spa - Good and clean spa, got the jacuzzi all by myself, the sauna was relaxing, therapist was very professional, the massage removed my stress away Preggo breakfast - staff were very courteous and accommodating, breakfast were nicely plated, I was very full and deeply satisfied Preggo dinner - I ordered dinner because of the credit voucher but was when I was asking questions about the meal, it seems the staff was irritated because I was lost on how to order using the qr code for the menu, I did not like her tone. If customer is confused with the ordering she could have just position it on a positive note not showing attitude when explaining. Overall, its a good hotel just have some employees brush up their customer service skills

Great service by the hotel staff. Offered a baby cot for my 7 month old son and request to postpone pool session due to wet weather followed up efficiently. One of the best hotels me and my wife been to so far. The staycation deal was worth it ($100 credit) for our in-house meals. If only straits kitchen buffet was open. A much needed break before the new year. We really enjoyed ourselves. Shout out to streamspa counter staff and cleaning lady at the gym who always greeted me and asked if any needs during my use. Thank you

Package was of good value and massage was great. staff were friendly and polite. Only thing was that we asked for additional amenity around 10pm and only got it past midnight. called around 1130pm again to check on it and was told that 'it is on the way', only came 30min later with wrong items. not sure where in the communication went wrong but we couldn't turn in as we didn't want to miss their doorbell. 2hours is really too long, please work on that.

Hi there, I’ve booked a stay on 24th Nov and checked in at around 5pm. I have asked for late check out during my check in and was told that I will receive a call with regards to what time I can check out. However, I did not get any calls. So, the following morning I called royal service to check on this. And yet, I did not receive any response after 1 hour. That was already past 11am hence I called again and asked for the reception and this time I got a call within 5 minutes and was told I have to check out at 12pm. This was utterly disappointing, not because I’m unable to have a late check out but because I do not feel that the team has given their best in a simple update to your patrons. If a call hasn’t been successful, it could have been an email.

Had an amazing and comfortable time with good privacy, and the option for tasty room service. Two points that could have been better -- my keycard repeatedly failed to register when I tried taking the lift up to my room, forcing me to ride to the top and down again. Also, overall they were slow and took a long time arriving.

Overall is acceptable but the room seem to be a bit old and out of maintenance. The handle of the glass door to the balcony was broken and not working, but since our room is facing the office building, we didn't really want to open to enjoy the scenery. One of the double bed is unstable at the bottom part which you cannot sit on it as it would flip, but was told that it is normal when the room service brought over the extra bed. The pillow does not provide good support and mostly out of shape. And appreciate if there is replenishing of the mineral water.

Booked a glamp-cation for my niece and nephew (2 adults and 2 kids) and a suite for myself. I loved the fairmont bed in my last visit and was looking forward to sleeping on clouds again. Disappointed to find the bed in my suite being so firm ( was told this is the new bed, the double beds in the other room booked were the awesome old ones) and my plan of napping my staycation away was flushed down the drain. Nonetheless, my niece and nephew had a great time and breakfast was great.

My kids had a great time with the merchandise (esp the helium balloons). The cocomelon tea break came as a wonderful surprise and just in time for their snack time. And the dining credits allow us to enjoy dinner at cocomelon cafe (the clove), it makes the whole package really worthwhile! Lastly thank you fairmont for giving a yummy chocolate cake for my anniversary!

Our initial staycation location was Sofitel but unfortunately,it becoming an isolation facility brought my family and my staycation to Fairmont instead. We thoroughly enjoyed the surprise gift, the breakfast, high tea and the bed and shower facilities! Everything was great,withe balcony and the wide selection of channels on the TV. However ,the TV was hard to control and a lot of the options on the remote end up bringing us back to the main page and we had to select the programs all over again. We also got the chance to go swimming and it was great to swim under the night sky in a big pool. But one unpleasant incident occurred, making us cut short our swim. I was using a lane in the big pool while my sisters were using another lane. I was catching my breath by the poolside for less than a minute and your staff came over and ask me to move away from the lane because another wanted to use a lane. In his word "please move aside as she want to use the lane". The lady who wanted to use the lane was on the opposite end and came after me. I do not understand why I had been in the pool for more than 20 minutes in the same lane, but had to move away just because she came and want to use it. I was given no explanation but called to move. Which I did. And end up leaving the pool to dry off. Everything was fine but if such things were to happen, it'll be hard to pay Fairmont another visit. Appreciate the other wonderful things and staff that made our stay memorable ! Thank you Fairmont!

It has been a great experience right from the Fairmont Reservation team (Benjamin, Amanda Ng) to the Pool staff (on 25 Nov 2021 3:00pm) to the Breakfast staff at Prego (on 26 Nov 2021 8:15am). We felt warmly welcomed by the Fairmont team for our little toddler birthday staycation celebration; so much so our little toddler did not want to head home the next day. Superb thumbs up!!

The second day , the room next to mine was drilling and having repair works early morning. The noise and felling was loud, my son who is ADHD was terrific. I called the front desk and they said they are not aware of the repair works. I called twice and they said will investigate but only to send up a security guard. I requested for a room change. The new room change had a faulty smart TV that couldn’t chrome cast mj Netflix. I called for help. Technician came at about 10pm. Did a half hour trouble shoot but he couldn’t even log in into hotel wifi. Did all the plug and unplugging but no avail. Kenny the duty manager came up at 1045pm. He tried many times, did all the bypass, tried with his phone. He finally managed to resolve the google smaller TV which was hanged. He left at 1130pm which is apparently his off duty already. I appreciate Kenny for his dedication to help and to assist in the very unpleasant experience with the TV and even offered to change another room. Thank you Kenny for going the extra mile.

The check in process was seamless. We got our room keys within 15min of arrival. Our suite was large and comfortable. The kids had lots of fun during our stay. We ordered in room dining for breakfast and dinner on one of the days. Service was fast and efficient. Taste wise, the food was quite average. Would have been better if we had dined at the restaurants. Everyone we met during our stay (front desk, housekeeping, service staff) were courteous, friendly and professional. This is our 2nd time here and We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

We have a lunch at 1230pm so we went to leave our luggage at hotel and they allow us to check in immediate probably it was a weekday and hotel is not full. They provide us late check out as well. The room was pretty decent and view is great too. Aircon was abit unexpectedly not cool enough but still acceptable. Very conveniently located.
