Mercure at Gennevilliers offers all default facilities today's business people need: good wifi, fast check in/check out, meeting facilities, quiet rooms and restaurant that serves late meals. We usualy take a junior suite if we stay multiple nights, else room might be a bit too small. Downside is the gym: it is really tiny!

Check-in is fluent, though it was not clear to me if I could use the fast check-out (just leave the keycard). As there was no one at reception desk, I just left my keycard and went. Please make clear at check-in that fast check-out can be used. Good rooms, good breakfast!

Dears thanks for asking my exeprience. In terms of improvement, please can you make sure despite the fact we are only a few people in the hotel, to increase the heating, it is quite freezing in the rooms. As for the breakfast, it is well organized, please add a paper plate to eat the bread/croissants. As for the diner, after 4 months in the same hotel, I would be glad if the menu could change ! thanks

Please make sure we feel more safety in your hotel : for example, please leave some alcoholic solutions in front of the lift, each floor . Please for the restaurant and breakfast : make sure to give a tray as it is not really convenient and safety to eat on the room's table without any tray

Hotel is quite comfortable and staff is nice and helpful. The only issue was that air condition was turned off and I could not control the temperature in the room. As there is a highway and railway just next to the hotel opening the window was not an option.

Unfortunately, after travelling a number of hours Sunday night the restaurant is closed. The staff were very helpful in booking a taxi to take us to a nearby restaurant around 2K away. There is nothing within walking distance. The room was clean and quiet, the shower hot and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Check-in assistant was not able to help to ensure that room, diner and breakfast could be on same bill. I had to pay them separately, ending up paying breakfast at outrageous price whereas it could have been bundled with the stay.
