Spacious and well equipped rooms. Renewed. Clean. Silent. Friendly staff. Parking next to the hotel is top. Additional parking seemed a bit abonded but well lightened and probably safe enough. Not much to do/see close to the hotel. Breakfast as can be expected from this kind of chains.

Rooms are dirty- my socks turned black

The hotel is a very nice hotel but the rooms aren’t properly taken care of. The rooms are very dirty, marks on the walls and dust everywhere. Floor is non carpet and needs to be mopped, but it wasn’t my socks turned black due to it being so dirty and dusty. Kept finding hairs everywhere. Since I booked a family room had to keep telling my kids to wear slippers. I’m disappointed and it’s such a shame because the rooms are new/newly decorated. For over €200 a night you’d expect a lot better. I’d advise people to come in with their own hover and mop. Oh, not to forget that when we got there the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait nearly an hour. I also the house keeping though she was very lovely and so where other members of staff, dropped the towels on the floor and just picked them up and placed them on the bed. I was so shocked because they should have been replaced immediately. Def won’t be retuning because cleanliness means more to me.

Perfectly clean and comfy room. Lots of noise from freight trains on the TGV line going by all night. Also, bar was shut when we arrived at 9pm on a Sunday. Still confused why this has a 4 star rating, as it was no better than a premier-inn..
