there're lots of hair wrapping in the sink there's mask from last guest in the corner of the bed we tried more than 10 sheets to find a clean one to be used there's stain on pillow cover

The room was clean and the checkin process was easy. Foods are in big portions and always delivered on time, though the breakfast was often delivered sooner than the time I have chosen in the form. Laundry experience is good as well. However, a point for improvement would be to let the guests take their breakfast outside the room after the bell was rang once, instead of the calling out for each room whenever the breakfast is ready.

Check in was really easy. The rooms are very nice, newly renovated and very comfortable. The only disappointment that the breakfast situation was not too great but that is because of the CoVid situation.

A Quarantine prison sentence

I spent 7 nights in Mercure Batavia for my Mandatory Quarantine period. Seven nights in a room without exiting means that service should be exemplary to keep customers satisfied. The 3 meals a day was not served as per the menu - on any single occasion. No fruit (Watermelon, Mango & Papaya, as indicated) was served - only one banana (served twice) and one orange (served twice). For Indonesian Lunch and Dinner, I had to repeatedly ask for Sambal - which was also indicated on the food Menu. No juice or other drink was served with the meal - except an ample quantity of water. I also had to ask for Tea, Coffee & sugar several times. There was no mini-bar provided - therefore, the 3 meals a day felt more like a prison food. There was no information or possibility of purchasing snacks/drinks from a shop. For a 4-star hotel charging Rp6.7m for this kind of quarantine service (no cleaning required, reduced requests on bathroom commodities, minimal attention required), I was expecting a more relaxed and comforting welcome home to Indonesia.

Kami mohon maaf belum bisa memberikan kepuasan dalam pelayanan. Masukan Bapak mengenai pemakaian fasilitas hotel selama tinggal, kami mohon maaf memang peraturan karantina tidak bisa menikmati fasilitas tersebut,. Kami juga minta maaf mengenai Wifi dan mengenai ALL member Accor. Jika Bapak bersedia untuk di invite menjadi member, hanya dengan menggunakan email bapak dan nanti kita daftarkan. ini gratis dan keutungan Bapak mengumpulkan point selama Bapak tinggal di hotel Grp Kami. kami akan mendaftarkan nya Bapak tinggal menvalidate nya saja. With a quarantine stay, I truly didn’t know what to expect However, the staff, the room cleanliness and ability to have meals outside mealtimes through room service was all great.

For room cleanliness needs to be improved because I’m stay on # 568 the coffee table still have sticky of coffee residue as well of next to bedside table and cloth cabinet Please kindly check the shower head in the shower it has mold. Do u ever clean it. Or sanitize monthly or 3 month?

Spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff, did all they can to compensate that "prison-feeling" during the 8 days quarantine. The staff worked hard to manage the challange serving the food in time and still hot / warm (70% cold, 30% slightly warm).

My first impression, the room was spacious and clean including the bathroom. complete facilities but there is a smell a bit like rotten eggs from the bathroom drain, anyway overall the results are good at an affordable price

An old hotel that has been renovated very well, the old building has been turned into a modern hotel, the location is near the old Jakarta area with many museums and old style culinary, the rooms are comfortable and pleasant, feels like home
