All in all, a receptionist saved our trip. We bought a stay in the hotel trough the auction. Then the covid came, and a year later we came. Even I exchanged many emails with the hotel and had a confirmation for the dates, we were not in the sistem. It was almost 11 p.m and young receptionist Ms. JOVANA saved us. She was very polite and patient and resolved an issue. I assume if she was not there we would end up on back to Brussels

Overcharged for breakfast compared to Alstom rate. No provision at breakfast for lactose intolerant people. Need to add margarine and oat milk as a minimum. I will try one more time and if not available I will go to one of the many other hotels

The hotel was just ok. You always need to call the reception to ask for basic accessories to be need in your room. Laundry not being taken automatically from the room, you need to drop your laundry at the reception. No Muslim food was available neither in breakfast nor in lunch/dinner menu). The location was good. Both metro and the bus stop is nearby. However, the staff is very cooperative. This was the only reason kept us in the hotel. Otherwise, me and my time were 99% ready to change the hotel in very 2-days of our arrival.

Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job each day. I arrived on Sunday evening and requested an iron/ironing board to prepare for the work week. I was told housekeeping had left and no one else had a key. Bathroom towels were threadbare and need replacing. Room phone didn't work (had to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in to use it). Restaurant phone was constantly engaged so gave up trying to order room service and got UberEats. Staff were pleasant. For a business hotel I would have expected better.

Friendly check-in. OK food on offer at in-house restaurant with quick service. Privilege room very spacious, thogh the windows don't close properly and some unpleasant odours can be smelled near the basis and shower. Breakfast in room served perfectly on time, but was missing an item. Overall good though.

I went there only one night. Everything was good except that in the Morning the shower was cold. It appears that the entire hotel was in the same case. 4 stars and cold water ! not a word of apologise before I asked.

Overall impression: badly managed propertyOrdered taxi via reception and was ripped off by taxi driver; when I mentioned my disappointment to the hotel about this incident they initially only answered that they would always call the same taxi company and that they were not responsible. After talking to s.o. from management I was promised they would look into it - never got a reply.Tables in lobby so filthy in the morning that I did not dare to place my laptop on the table - comment from manager: we have not found the right product yet to clean the tables (in other words:" we couldn't care less"??). As a Platinum Accor customer I am just wondering how they came to call themselves Mercure.

The room was a nice sized room, comfortable bed, hardwood floor, decent sized bathroom. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to Stade de France and subway access was near the hotel. Parking for car under the hotel, available after check-in.

This is a lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Very nice room & comfortable bed. The only problem was in the bathroom-the water ran out of the sink because the plug didn't fit properly-but this may have just been this one room. And there was both a bath & a shower. Breakfast was terrific-a wide selection of hot & cold food & drink. The surrounding area has lots of shops & places to eat. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Confortable, friendly and excellent service. Special mention to Madame Eloisa attentive guest support. My wife and me stayed accomodated in the Hotel for a whole week and everything was correct for us.

Hotel appear under staffed and lacking investment. The floors in the room were unclean and coffe cups, water etc were not replaced each day. Breakfast was disorganised with dirty tables and cutlery offered and icing on the cake was a poorly handled fire alarm at 3am demonstrating lack of process or staff knowing what to do in real situation. Totally unacceptable
