Staff was friendly, drycleaning is good. Location is not bad. Breakfast is very poor. I had it only once and I never done again. Airconditioning was not working properly. No phonecalls from the room, neither local or international. Wifi is extremely weak. House keeping is done only when we ask. Room flooring had never been cleaned, toilet handspray is not working properly. Light in the toilet is extremely weak. I will not stay there again. Thank you

I love the cleanliness of the room, the air con was good, the friendly staff of concierge, HK and front office staff (especially a man which received my phone call after i made hotel rsvn through traveloka). Though i stayed during peak season the traffic was moderate but parking lot was still your homework to be solved

the girls at the reception the best, there is almost nothing for breakfast for Europeans and ah sometimes they want to collect the egg which often ends and they spend up to 15 minutes until they bring more. aggressive taxis at the door with both customers and private cars. We have asked for a private service to take us on a tour throughout the day and we have had to give explanations, it should not be like that, they act like a mafia and the price is 3 times the price of the agencies outside, when we leave the hotel 5 people attacking for us to go with their taxis. the 2 points are for the reception staff that you would have to have since when buses arrive they do not give them time and for the room and the exceptional cleaning service.

The towels were horrible, old and dirty. It’s not Ibis standard. The tables of the restaurant are dirty, very dirty, especially the wood tables.

overall , my 3 nights stay was ok......only the pillow was too " flat" for my comfort. The lobby need to be more "cosy" , when client check-in. Breakfast area, especially the " toaster" need to be upgraded to serve the morning crowd.

i got poor AC on my room i dunno if its really like that or AC is broken. I stayed there for a week but the first3 nights have boomed with breakfast included. but the next onces doesnt have for i dont find the breakfast that good. but i cannot blame for a 3 star hotel though breakfast is reasonable.

« Poor hotel »

Ibis Budget Seminyak is a cheap hotel which is largely popular as it it close to bars and restaurants. It is not a nice hotel to spend any length of time in and they cut costs anywhere (no bottled water, no soaps). I just spent a night there and booked at reception. The price went from the normal Rupiah 350,000 (estimated) to Rupiah 527,000 due to high season. I understand this. But the new expensive rate was still without breakfast which I thought was very poor. I will not stay there again.

« Friendly staff budget accommodation »

You get what you pay for with limited facilities! No fridge in standard rooms kettle supplied on request but no cup, spoon, coffee, tea or sugar. Rooms are adequate with airconditioning. Towels are old and discoloured but clean. Room standard in general is okay but in need of renovation as it’s dated and declining in appearance. Breakfast is basic if included eggs cooked on request but no bacon, sausages etc. There are four hot dishes of which all are spicy ie fried rice, noodles, chicken and steamed vegetables. Cereal is watery porridge or cornflakes. Tea and coffee made in bulk and brewed. Fruit choices are usually two and mostly watermelon and paw paw. The 8 slice toaster didn’t toast properly with only one section working. Internet doesn’t usually work while in breakfast room. Water dispensers are provided in corridor for drinking, brushing teeth etc. Tap water is not potable. If you want 5 star facilities pay 5 star prices so definitely good value for what you pay.
