Struggling as it emerges from 2 years of pandemic

I understand that, with no guests for nearly two years, things might not be up to scratch, but the state of this hotel rocked my confidence that being Accor would always equate to quality. The staff were attentive and very pleasant, but the property has seriously flaking paint, completely rusted through rails and neither of our rooms had hot water for the days we were there.

Very small water coming out from the dispenser.. upon check in the staff said that no breakfast so the room being upgraded to the junior suite instead of standard room. So it become excited to be upgraded to junior suite. When go to the room, the room was like a normal room with a balcony and its a bit upset but its okay. Have problem with the lights but it fixed directly by the staff.

Although High tier accor member are not supposed entitled for any benefit on ibis budget, the hotel kindly provide a room upgrade and early checkin facility. The hotel staff also reserved our room on the otherside for quieter experience at night (Hotel located beside a Club)
