« Good service and good location »

We liked the hotel and the staff. The room was a small and the tea and coffee not replenished each day. There was no milk or milk powder in the room. The breakfast was adequate but not wonderful, in particular, the coffee was not hot enough. Recommendations on restaurants from the reception staff were good and we liked the friendliness of the staff.

Good, not great, hotel. Location is fair in Miraflores. Rooms clean but bathrooms small. Not good attention to details. No coffee in rooms; poor towels for 4 star hotel; restaurant food only fair.

Excellent. Manuel at the restaurant and Luis Miguel at the bar provided excellent service to us and made us feel very welcomed. « Amazing rooms and customer service »

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Mercure Ariosto. The room was spacious, well illuminated, and comfortable. It had all the essentials and even more (I asked for an iron and ironing table for example, which were delivered promptly to my room). I believe it was Miguel at the reception area who welcomed me, and even though I could not have an early check-in he made sure I got all I needed on return - even offered a brief explanation of nearby tourist attractions and activities. Very nice of him.

Almost everything worked very well (room tidyiness, staff politeness, breakfast services, location, decoration). The only thing is that I requested one night a wake up call for 7am the following morning. Then I called to change it to 07:15. The next day I received two separate calls, one at 07 and the other at 07:15.

working with Jorge from reservations was exceptional he gave prompt professional service. He gave me a great rate on a room rental for a business meeting on Sunday. I appreciated the extra service including the room upgrade and late check out for being platinum status. All staff gave exceptional service. I plan on coming back to Lima for business and Mercure hotel will always be my #1 choice.

I travel to Lima every three months. This hotel is located centrally in Miraflores, close to Parque Kennedy and not too far from LarcoMar. Rooms are comfy and very clean. Staff is very helpful. Good security. Breakfast is ok to start the day. Will return to this hotel every time I go back to lima. Rooms are bigger than its sister Ibis. Not as luxurious as SwissHotel, not a big issue if you spend most of the day out.

Very enjoyable... breakfast very good .. bedroom very clean .. comfortable bed ... would investigate the WiFi however there were many occasions where the WiFi would lose signal. On the whole a good experience.

In 4 days in the hotel not much joy. No upgrade was available for me as an Accor member. My room was on the top floor with some compressor/ heater on the roof. This was turning on and off waking me up several times each night. I could not rest during my entire stay. The food in the restaurant is quite average, no surprise the restaurant is empty

Very pleasant. However we have been charged$80 aus for our stay. Can you please explain this as we believe we only had 2 cup Pacinos and a cup of milk sent to our room.
