I was treated poorly by undertrained staff in mercue glenmarie Kuala Lumpur. Arrived at around 9pm on the 23/1/23, and was met with undertrained staff in terms of communication skills. He was unable to properly communicate in English, and misunderstood clients wants and don’t. Accor team, being a global hotelier, I was truly dissatisfied and disappointed. Receptionist plays an important role in welcoming guest, and often the frontier in hotel image. having treated poorly from the start, I would rate my stay 3/10. To make the situation worse, I had to dealt with the receptionist on checkout, horrible, have him retrain !
