Shower door does not close very well and the small room is all wet between the toilet and sink.

Friendly staff, spacious room, good view out of windows and great location - the hotel is in or next to a mall, Galerías Mérida. The hotel is also close to Mayan World Museum of Mérida. The included breakfast buffet is a plus.

No hot water

When arrived I was in a rush to get ready and leave to a friends performance. I left the shower water running for a while and still had to shower with cold water. Next morning, still no hot water so I called reception. I was offered another room just to take a shower but the room hadn’t been cleaned. Again no hot water, I called reception and was told how weird it was since no one else had complained about it. As I’m exiting the second room I was offered, I hear the neighbors complaining about the same issue. I ended up showering in my friends room which did in fact have hot water. It was really frustrating and the sad part is that I had to pay full price for the night. Unfair since i didn’t get the whole experience and services.
