Cold room

Arrived in the afternoon to a very cold room. Went out for a few hours, and when we returned the room was still very cold. A helpful staff member checked out the main ‘heating’ and agreed that it was not working. The single portable heater that was also in the room was inadequate. He gave us two additional portable heaters and we sat in the room in our coats until it had warmed up. From a look through previous comments, it seems that other guests have had issues with cold rooms and faulty heaters. I know that we are all trying to cut energy use, but please ensure that rooms are reasonably warm before guests arrive.

Wrong timings given for last order for dinner. Lackluster bar service. Cold room. Staff didn't make heating work. Dirty cold mushrooms for breakfast.
