The butler service and guest room turn down is perfect, all the facilities is well upkeep. The breakfast is good, while the service and arrangement can be better during the peak hour. The overall stay experience is amazing. Thanks Raffles SZ.

When I first came to the hotel, I thought that it was so well located and had a beautiful view. However, we had a little accident with the room card. The first card could not open the right door of my room even the elevator. Then, the cleaner opened the door for me and called a waiter to give me a new room card immediately.

Very good service from the different people & good brunch in Raffles with pleasure and tks. Nice butler service to introduce the arts in your hotel and Gin1915 But not that comfy for the internet connection, parking guidance and attend the ALL app as membership. Hope it can be improved next time. Looking forward to stay there again.

So disappointed with the service offered by Raffles Shenzhen. I booked a suite and stayed for 1 night. The Chinese restaurant located at 70th floor tastes not good. The chicken was too salty and overcooked. When I was doing spa, the therapist said that she cannot get any commission from the price I paid, so she asked for tips. I was so confused about the hotel charging exorbitant prices and did not pay enough to their staff? The thing that pisses me off the most was the service provided by the front desk when I was checking out. The lady was frowning throughout check-out. She was not willing to give me the hard copy of the invoice. She did not ask me how was the stay and of course she did not say any greetings before leaving. That kind of service totally didn’t match the price and also the standard of Raffles (the most luxurious hotel of Accor). I’d never come back to this hotel again, and I planned to reach diamond status of Accor this year, and it seemed that I’m gonna give up cuz I don’t wanna waste on it.

Spent a night in Raffles hotel with boyfriend. We feel warm to visit since all staffs are super helpful and with smile always! And highlight should be Premium deliciated designed room with 270 degree view. We spent most time in room for enjoying the super nice sea view. Facilities are also very nice, like swimming pool and 71/F bar can see another side of Nanshan view. Fantastic stay truly, we definitely will come back if next time visit SZ.

The overall experience of Raffles can only be described as horrible. It can be ranked as the lowest among all other luxury hotels. The hotel is recently built with advanced infrastructure. But I guess this is all it has. There is no professionalism at all, pure amateur. I highly doubt most staff, from receptionist to lobby manager to restaurant stuffs are just interns. I am deeply frustrated by the following points: When I checked in and out, the receptionist kept me waiting without much talk or caring about my experience at all. To me, they just didn't care and all they wanted was for me to leave them away as soon as possible. There was no eye contact, no seeing you off the elevator, no thing. The second day when I got down stairs for breakfast. No one showed me the way!! I had to find a table by myself and asked for coffee at such an expensive hotel. No one even asked me what I needed until I sat for at least 10-20 minutes. Trust me, they were not that busy. It's just poor management. My girlfriend was bitten by mosquito and needed some anti-mosquito spray. I was totally shocked that they didn't have it at all. Can you imagine that a costal hotel had no such necessity for their customers? When I finally decided to get to buy it myself, I went downstairs and asked lobby manager where the direction I searched on my map was. It's only 200 meters away and he said he didn't know. I was utterly angry and asked what you did know? Only 200 maters, the lobby manager had no clue for their clients. So shocked! This is absolutely the AMATEUR behavior. Theses 3 above are just something beyond my tolerance. I don't have the time nor energy to list everything they disappointed me. In a nut shell, I don't recommend anyone who wish to stay here. There are Ritz, Four season, Park Hyatt and others at the same level for you to choose.

A short business trip to Shenzhen was made as comfortable and pleasant as possible by hotel staff. Jade, in particular, was extremely friendly and helpful and definitely made me feel welcome and looked after. The room was spacious and well furnished and there was nothing to fault during my stay. I hope I can stay again.

During my stay, there were two issues happened. The egg Benedict I have ordered was given to somebody else and I ended up not having my complete breakfast. The F&B service standard need improving. The second issue was that my room wasn’t cleaned and made during one evening I went back to my room.
