Stay was ok - but I am encountering problem with point registration to my membership account and the staff is not very responsive. I keep chasing her to reply but she is just too slow on following up, which shows she doesn’t care enough.

Room was extremely comfortable, though one of the rooms we reserved had some smoke residue. Wasn’t a big issue for the occupant so we didn’t bring it up. Staff was helpful and courteous, clean staff was quick to clean up the room and refilled items that were used. Aside from the smoke issue, seems like we were having issues with the light switch. For example, tried to get the bathroom light into the soft mode but doesn’t seem like it was getting any dimmer than the bright mode. Wish there was a night mode for the bathroom lights, otherwise it lit up the bedroom quite a bit.

It was hard to have a complete leisure time

They who worked in the hotel, were not able to provide the comfortable service. I was arranged with matter room,broken air conditioner and doors needed repair. After changing room, I was annoyed with noisy around.Again, they forgot to move my welcome fruits to my room. Even with my seeing of fruits in the new room,they should take it away… It's totally unbelievable and unendurable. Such kind of rude i had never and never been suffered in any hotels! They seemed to be be inured to the accidents happened in the hotel,and foreign to the ways of solving problem.

The front desk girl was very nice and helpful. The room is clean and tidy, however, the whole stay experience was ruined by some noisy neighbours who were staying right next to my room. I would say the hotel really needs to upgrade your sound proof system. I can hear exactly what my next door neighbours were saying at 2am in the morning. Wasn’t very pleasant for me. The staff wasn’t able to locate the noise after my complaint, the noise continued for at least another half an hour. Not even a single compensation was given by hotel except for lots of verbal apologies. I hope for a better experience upon my next trip.
