Actually i stayed at your hotel several times. Every time I decide to come to Istanbul, I say, well, this time I will try a new hotel, but when I enter the site of booking.com, I prefer to come to your hotel again because it is really unique in every way. In the meantime, during our stay this time, the breakfast section and your colleagues there, especially the lady basak kocabey , were very kind and we have a special thanks to them.

The stay was marvelous. The gold service was outstanding. Butler service at the lounge by Seven and Mehmet was on point! The Spa is very delightful and Ari provided indulging spa services. We will definitely come back.

I had two skyline rooms for me and my family. We traveled with three children 5,8 and twelve. Upon arrival we were requested to add money for the 5 year old though the hotel website and booking stated otherwise but that was not a big deal. During our stay the shower really had a very stinky smell that spread through the room and it was not handled. When my son had a shower the water folded out of the shower doors into the room and we called the room service asked them to deal with the issue since we were leaving for dinner when we got back they did not do anything about it claiming that the no service botton was on which is not true. The mini bar was never automatically refilled only when we asked for it to be refilled the issue was handled. We are a family so we wanted to consume things from the mini bar Overall stay would have been better if the service was better especially the room service.

The hotel was relatively new compared to the rest around Istanbul. They had the same standards we find in Dubai, which was great. The staff was helpful, especially Sirine. Will definitely go back again!

We are deeply DISAPPOINTED from this hotel. They don’t care about COVID 19 restrictions. They don’t care about guests request. Even they did not answer phones. ACCOR LOYALTY program doesn’t work in this hotel.
