I stayed with my wife and child in the one bedroom suite with gold lounge access. The room was amazing, comfortable and clean. The breakfast and restaurants within the hotel were also great and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Derya was very helpful in any queries we had and helped with anything to do with hotel stay and other queries e.g. car hire. The cleaner who cleaned our room daily was really good. The hotel has its own car parking for those interested and the hotel itself is of a very high quality and the staff are of equal calibre. We are already planning our next stay in Istanbul as we loved the city and hotel and would definately stay in this hotel again and highly recommend also. Location is also good, it is approx 10-15mins from sultan ahmet by taxi/car but closer to a lot of a nice restaurants in this area. From Covid perspective, hotel has made really good arrangements from sanitisation and all staff wear masks and social distancing in place.

The food was excellent and I miss my stay at your hotel. The only thg which was a bit annoying was the lighting, in the room as with one click , all lights used to switch off. Whereas I wanted to keep the lamps on at least. Lol. But overall it was an excellent experience! And would recommend it 100 percent! From location, to staff to food and service, every thg was awesome.

I have been in Fairmont Quasar 5 times and this one was the sixth and last, i really was in love with it in the past time actually i like all Fairmont hotels worldwide, i will briefly describe what i notes in that stay... - Day 1 , i order Turkish breakfast As usual and they did 4 mistake in one order imagine ( hotel manager has been notified ) - Day 2 i went for massage and it was horrible service at all. - Day 2 i notes some of electronic devices and bath mixer not working so i spoke with front desk and she cooperate and call the maintenance and then i said latterly let me finish my coffee and go up with maintenance guy, 10 minutes later when i go up to my room i found 4 men inside my room while ( don't disturb sign was hung on door ) because i left my personal things in room , none of them speak English and they can’t explain how they enter my room without permission !!! ( hotel manager has been notified ) - The lobby & surround area suffering from Sewer smell ! ( hotel manager has been notified ) - Day 5 i called royal service and asked for wake up call at 9:30 and then.... no one call me for wake up call at all !!! Imagine what would happen if i had flight to catch . ( hotel manager has been notified )
