Immediately at check in we had a great experience. We were welcomed in a very personal maner that made me feel that we are not a number but a real guest. The rooms, service , cleanness were perferct. The breakfast was diverse and excellent. Normally I have been staying at a different hotel chain when I visit Istanbul , but as of now Fairmont Quasar will always be first choice of stay when I visit Istanbul.

Great room size always clean good hotel facilities. Nice seating areas in the lobby as well the outdoor terrace. One of the guys I believe his name was Bilal was so kind and helpful with the luggage. Loved the experience. 100 percent satisfied and worth it. Keep it up.

This is a lovely hotel in a convenient spot for the CBD. The rooms are modern and well appointed. Breakfast (downstairs) is awesome. I booked a gold room with access to the gold lounge. I'm not sure if the bedroom is any different, but it was nice to have access to the lounge which also had a lovely breakfast. I was however disappointed that when I brought a few colleagues in for a cup of tea and brief meeting in the gold lounge (some of them were staying at the hotel).. the lounge staff were insistent on charging them €50 each! That's the most expensive cup of tea ever... Given I had personally paid about €400 for the use of the lounge over 6 days I found it incredibly rude. I certainly won't be booking a gold room again if I ever stay at this hotel.

Very clean and outstanding service very helpful staff come out of there way to help you. Mr A. was very helpful and the reception gave me good advice for shopping and places to go around Istanbul as it was my first time. It was good. There was a bad smell in the room. The room service helped for it after sometime. The cleanliness is so so. The meals were good. I can evaluate the hotel as average. I don't say it is a better the best hotel I have ever stayed. The meals can be delicious. It was a windy day when I stayed in the hotel and I can hear the sound of the wind in the room. The technology was really good, everything was electronic.
