We are happy that you felt comfortable with the staff, the cleanless and the great location:-) I apologize that you were not so happy with the breakfast. However, I would have liked to have known a little more precisely what made you call breakfast "poor", since we had always received many compliments for our breakfast and our breakfast team! With a few more precise details, I would at least have had the chance to speak directly to the relevant department head and work on changing certain things that you may have noticed during your stay! Unfortunately you haven't given a more detailed description here. Nevertheless, of course I apologize to you if anything has happened here! Enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect and I was helped very good when I had a question. It was really clean in the room and comfortable. Breakfast was good ! Only thing what I missed was the ability to wash my clothes. Unfortunately the shop across was clothes the whole week.

We had a pleasant stay, nice bed and well decorated room. The breakfast offered a lot of choice and fresh food. What we missed was baby stuff, maybe we should have asked for it. The staff was busy during breakfast, so we didn’t bother that much. Recommended accommodation.

The hotel is new and I like the rooms, however, I love to have a cup of coffee in my room when I wake up, so a water boiler would be a nice thing to have in the rooms. During my stay I was missing the hotel garage, which is not yet completed! The garage is for me a must when booking a hotel room, since I do often have evening functions and return late to the hotel and I hate to drive around and look for parking lots around midnight... My hotel room was clean and I love the big windows, but would love to know if those windows allow the neighbors from across the street to look into the rooms.... The breakfast was great and I did enjoy coffee and juice options. Overall - my stay was perfect in the hotel, however the garage was missing!

The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer plenty of opportunity for daylight, well into the evening ... And to avoid any "glances" from the neighbors, you can always be undisturbed by pulling the opaque curtains in the room:-) Our garage is not yet usable for fire protection reasons. However, work is currently underway at high pressure Hochdruck As an alternative, we are happy to recommend the large public car park in Werderstrasse, approx. 200 m from the hotel. Around 200 parking spaces are available free of charge on weekdays from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays. Come back soon ... Lovely hotel, good location but no parking onsite yet.

i stayed a few times since the opening. The staff needs training.

New hotel not up to speed

The fact that the hotel is very recently opened excuses some of the problems but the running of it needs to be tightened, and quickly. Housekeeping appears lax, on arrival in our room we found an almost empty bottle of rose wine and a handful clump of raffia on the floor . Then we discovered that there was only one hand towel (unfortunately too common in Accor hotels) but also only one bath towel, in a room booked for two! Yes reception gave us extra but we shouldn’t have to go looking. We give the shower screens until the spring before they are replaced, they are a joke. The shower is walk-in, great, but the screen only covers about 40% of the tray meaning that the floor takes a lot of the water that should be constrained in the shower. Also whoever fixed the shower heads didn’t check they were tight, water came out of all of the joints on the hand wand, it is a minor problem but gives a feeling that it is symptomatic of future problems. The car park is not yet open but the advised public parking is at a premium causing problems, however, we can see that, in common with other Accor hotels, the car will cost more than the second person! Breakfast being included in the price was good and what was on offer very acceptable, the lay out of the food needs a little more thought, too much crisscrossing. First of all, I would like to apologize for having found an empty bottle and dirt in the form of "bast" in your room. Of course, this must not happen at all and I am already in discussion with the responsible housekeeper, so that we can control more efficiently here so that in future there will be no such thing. You should have been happy to contact us directly. The receptionists would have given you another room immediately and also apologized to you, that goes without saying! It is correct that only one towel is available in the bathrooms. When it comes to towels, we want to pay a little attention to sustainability at the moment, so only 1 towel is automatically available in all rooms from scratch. Of course, you could have received a second towel at reception at any time. We would be happy to help you if you contact us. Probably you have overlooked the second bath towel, which is in the closet:-) There are basically 2 bath towels available! Of course, we will also take a look at the shower head in the room you are using, if something is wrong here, we will take care of it directly. Here, too, you are welcome to contact us directly, so that in the best case we can react immediately. In fact, our underground car park is not yet usable for fire protection reasons, but this is likely to change in January 2020. Until then, we would be happy to recommend the large public car park on Werderstrasse, approx. 200 m from the hotel. There are approximately 200 parking spaces available, which are free of charge on weekdays from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays. Was giving a try the first time shortly after opeing. It has been just a one-night stay.Of course, I expected a brand new hotel with proper facilities. So, I followed the conept of ibis styles. The room was simple but cosy, bed and sleep quality very good. Although located centrally, the place is quiet (ok, it was weekend night). Bathroom very good except the shower separation glass wall rather narrow to prevent the floor being flooded to a certain extend. However, bathroom has plenty room to move. Breakfast was a wide spread and a big plus for this new house. Front desk service was smooth, no issues, efficient.

We were expected and our two amalgamated reservations were sorted out at check-in. Staff were friendly. The hotel in brand new and everything worked. Not sure how the cooling / heating worked in the room. Each lift has an individual call button at floor level - so it’s necessary to press both which wastes energy for the lifts. Check-out was easy and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
