Rooms were nice an modern. However there was never any water left for us in the room. One day my room was not cleaned. We carried our own bags. No porters. No help whatsoever.

Laurinaaa14 Couples - TripAdvisor review

We have just stayed here for my husbands birthday. I requested the celebration package for the room as we were arriving on his birthday and this is his favourite hotel. He was so happy with the gesture and it was a great way to begin our trip. This was our third stay here and we are never disappointed. The room is always so comfortable and we have a great nights sleep. On a previous review I mentioned there are no mirrors in the room, I’m not sure if this feedback was taken onboard or I’d just been unlucky with my rooms previously but this time I had a mirror - bonus! The staff are all friendly and welcoming. We had a couple of drinks in the bar which always has a nice relaxing atmosphere. We feel the price of the hotel and parking is great value for its high standard and location. We ordered a couple of sandwiches 1 evening via room service and thought even with the tray charge these were good value (3 slices of bread per sandwich, yum!) especially as you expect to pay a premium with room service. We’ve not yet tried breakfast here but hope to next time, this hotel will always be our number one choice when visiting Leicester. Thank you to all the staff that always make our stays great!

Pwg Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

Stayed for 2 nights at relatively short notice. Was delighted to be given upgraded room. Staff as always helpful but unobtrusive. Only minor complaint is we went down for breakfast late first morning and the room was being serviced when we returned, but i think mostly our fault as we didnt put do not disturb on door.
