The hotel was nice but not the size and quality I have come to expect when staying in Dubai and paying the prices that this hotel charges. The check in time couldn't be brought forward which was disappointing especially as I had requested in advance, I've never had this at any other hotel in Dubai. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean but again smaller than I expected.

I have also read your feedback with regards to the delay in cleaning your room and the housekeeping team has asked me to convey their apologies. They all regret not being able to meet the standard we usually follow. It is not a regular practice and will be very much careful next time by being more focused on these details. Everything was great, neat rooms with all the facilities. It was almost an amazing stay, except for two things when I was checking in it took so long and the the receptionist (Egyptian) didnt gave us the room although there were available rooms on the higher floors and when I was checking out I was accused of damaging an (Iron) I refused the accusation, yet was told that they do daily checkups and its me who damaged it. I didn't wanted to make a big fuss so I was willing to pay for it due to the unsettling arguments with them; however, the supervisor came and handled things better and told me it's Okay no need to do so and apologized for the inconvenience.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel, with very high level of service. Cuisine is very good, pool staff as well. Only the administration process for chceck-in and chceck-out take a longer time.

Decent hotel with basic amenities but more than enough to keep you happy. Had a very nice stay and loved the fact that even though capacity was at 100%, it didn't feel busy. The staff are amazing. All of the managers and every staff member is friendly and tries their hardest to look after you. The service and care given by the staff makes this hotel worth a stay.

The service provided by the staff at the Club Lounge was excellent. The two young ladies who welcomed us at the Club Lounge every morning and evening made our day. The food at the MGallery was okay but the variation of soda beverages very limited. On the downside the The Retreat Palm Dubai doesn't service alcohol. This was not properly advertised on their website. We had a different expectation travelling to a McGallery. Despite this constraint we were creative although guests should have a choice in my view. The Retreat Palm Dubai positions itself as a retreat, but then it should really be a retreat and not aim at families with children, and most certainly hire a professional yoga instructor. Nevertheless a recommended hotel where the staff and management succeeded to make it a memorable stay for us.

Ease of reaching and using the sea and swimming pool was perfect. Staff super friendly and helpful. Spa had high quality and excellent experience. Breakfast was quite acceptable, but there was chances to elevate to a higher level of customer satisfaction, I mean variety of meal choices could be more.
