well located, nice staff, but walls were too thin

It was everything perfect, except the walls in the bedroom; I was able to listen to every word the people next door were saying, everything they were doing....as well as their television. I felt terrible because I was not able to have a proper sleeping time. The walls were really too thin. thanks.

Slightly away from centre but good value considering proximity to metro (Parque is 2 minutes away) and now a handy feature is being near to a pharmacy doing Covid tests (for travel documentation), Bed was very comfy and balcony worthwhile. Front desk staff all pleasant - especially Luis and Lucas. Bar area person could maybe do with a little more training

The local is really good, in the heart of Lisbon with easy access to almost anything you need. Howey, rooms are very small with basic beds and amenities. There's no coffee machine in the room. Even though I paid for their best room, there was nothing special about it.

I'll be brief. Possibly the worst stay in an Ibis (and Accor) hotels ever. This hotel is in massive need of renovation, walls repainted. The rooms are tiny, dark and worn. The breakfast is pretty poor, has only cold food, nothing cooked (eggs, sausages, bacon). The rooms have very thin walls, so you can hear everything from every other room around you. The internet is unreliable and pretty slow, especially if you use Zoom/Skype etc. I am a platinum Accor hotels customer, and I paid 1200 EUR for the stay. Totally not worth it. The only good thing worth mentioning was the very friendly staff. Sadly, they can't help much if it hotel is in such a sorry state. Won't stay ever again at Ibis. Never.

The staff are lovely people and very helpful and I don’t want this review to reflect them at all. However, Ibis should advertise this hotel as a hostel because you are practically in the same room as the other guest, albeit a thin wall in between. Our first two nights were ruined by the gentleman next door talking loudly on FaceTime until 4 am ( both nights ) . The sound proofing is that bad that I actually thought he was in my room at one point. After ringing the reception desk 3 times they eventually called his room ( again I could hear word for word the conversation and don’t really think it was his fault!) but it didn’t change anything . We moved rooms on day 3 ( yes it was that bad ) but when we entered our new room we realised it was just the hotel as the new room was exactly the same. Our new neighbour set an alarm at 5 .30 every day ( must have been eager to get out and about) it was so loud I was frantically looking for my phone thinking it was our alarm! I realise as I’m writing this that I’m rambling but every day in Lisbon I was exhausted from no sleep. Breakfast was ok, standard continental and good value for money. The location is good and easily accessible into old town. All in all, I’d never return to this hotel.

Our stay has been ruined by a Brazilian family staying in room 713, they would come home at midnight and stay up until 2 am with plenty of noise, talking, laughing, screaming. The walls are plain plaster with absolutely no sound-proofing. The place is well connected by public transportation but the area has no charm. Finally, no wine was eligible for our welcome drink as a A-Club member. This is the first time in 20 years that I am refused wine for a welcome drink. So cheap, no class at all.

Excellent service and location. You receive more than you pay. Staff is always ready to help you and in the same time no one is disturbing you. It's located near crossing of two metro lines and lots of buses stop there.

The hotel is nice, located in the business part of Lisbon. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 the breakfast selection was rather small (no fruit or vegetables or eggs etc.). The bar is not open currently. Due to the situation we were not really able to enjoy any gold member benefits unfortunately. Staff were nice and very polite.

This is worst hotel i ever had stayed in my life. My daughter booked this hotel by her credit card for me & my wife. The front desk lady denied to give room on this basis.She asked for my credit card or to pay cash.We paid cash & they told us to refund the amount to same credit card which was received after 3 days of check out. There was some type of bed smell in entire hotel. Room were without of minibar & coffee tea maker. Window curtains were of very bed quality. Elevator was very tidy. In all this is not a hotel for even short or some hours stay.

Good hotel not too far from centre and near Aerobus stop. Very friendly staff. Good food and drinks facilities. Pleasant, spacious room. Service and staff were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.
