Bad service and very bad attitude and customer service

I am a 20 years long customer of Accor. For the first time ever room service (plus any supervisor afterwards) completely ignored their duties and my room was not cleaned, towels not changed and out of soap. I complained about the above. I was promised to be called back by the GM. I had to call the hotel several times and the GM was neither taking my calls nor returning them. The hotel personnel lied to me telling me that GM is Paulina. In general hotel personnel was hiding behind their fingers, not willing to provide full names but only first names. I requested one night refunded as a minimum token of the very bad service. The hotel persistently denied my request, using the ridiculous argument: "Considering the fact that you used breakfast and accommodation we are not able to refund you the whole amount for one night" Does this mean that next time I book a room including breakfast and I do not use the breakfast I can ask for money back? Does it mean that I can tell the hotel that I do not wish my room to be cleaned and the hotel will refund me the money for the cleaning? Is that the way it works in Accor? I would like to think that this is just ridiculous, incompetent and unprofessional attitude of Ibis Lublin and it has to be dealt with very seriously. I am expecting today the 3000 points credited to my account and the contact (full name and email) of the hotel's GM manager, in order to escalate this issue higher.

On my way to deliver relief goods for refugees from Ukraine I spend a night at Lublin. Not only the welcome was nice and everything was prepared, also the guest in the restaurant used it as "briefing center" for the current situation on the border. I could leave my car/trailer directly in front of the hotel to provide some protection. Just perfect from beginning to end. Thank you ibis Styles Lublin Stare Miasto, and thank you Polish people for the support for Ukarine!
