Cher M. Q., Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager auprès de notre communauté votre expérience au sein de notre Hôtel. Nous sommes navrés de vous lire et de constater que notre premier échange par mail n'était pas à la hauteur de vos attentes. En effet, vous nous avez fait part de cette suspicion par mail le 19 décembre , après avoir séjourné chez nous 4 nuits. Nous trouvons regrettable que vous n'ayez pas pris le temps de nous en parler directement pendant votre séjour. En effet, cela nous aurait permis d'intervenir immédiatement en condamnant cette chambre (le temps de faire constater ou non la présence de nuisible) et de vous permettre de séjourner dans une autre chambre en toute tranquillité. Sachez que nous sommes sincèrement désolés de cet incident, une société a bien été mandatée pour intervenir dans les plus brefs délais. Nous serions ravis de vous prouvez à nouveau que nos services puissent être à la hauteur de vos attentes. N'hésitez pas à nous contacter afin que nous puissions échanger et trouver une solution, Bien cordialement, La Direction
