We received a very warm welcome on arrival and were shown to our beautiful room with garden, lake and pool views. Thank you to all the staff we met who were very friendly, helpful and wonderful! Food at dinner and breakfast was excellent too.

Very expensive menus to dine and drink with no other alternative outside the hotel. This was addressed to management that was very tentative to our concern.

As is always the case, the employees are wonderful, respectful and attentive. However, the hotel is now very overpriced for its condition. It’s time to close the doors and either remodel the hotel and restore it to newness, or tear it down and start over.

Great location to the airport with amenities but the condition of the room was disappointing. It had runny faucet, tub / shower had standing water upon use due to poor drainage, musty smell, the water hot pot was dirty, the hair dryer worked intermittently, and finally a bug (may be a cockroach) at the entrance of the room that I had to deal with upon entrance!

I think the hotel need renovation.Good facilities and restaurant however need renovation badly. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The shuttle airport is a selling point. One of the worst Accor hotel room I have ever been. Even Ibis budget room is better .
