Good hotel, but missing loyalty points credit

The hotel is located right next to the airport. However, there is no shuttle service. Also the hotel does not make loyalty points credit. All the rest is what you may expect from Ibis Style. The amount charged to me was higher that the reservation amount done straight with Accor

In the first room the TV was not working, then the staff changed me to another room, the TV was OK, but most of the time with horizontal lines on the screen appeared and the image was damaged, but, the most severe event was a constant leak somewhere around the bathroom, I have complained 3 times, however, until the third day (and last), the leak was not fixed, and I could not be moved to another room.

It was a good choice.

Front desk staff was very helpful and professional. I was able to have breakfast before the official start time, I had to be at the airport at the crack of dawn. It was a good choice for me. Ibis never disappoints.

Good hotel, some issues to improve, but nothing to implicate the stay. Air conditioning should work better. Good breakfast, nice bad for a good sleep. Good wi-fi, should have more TV channels, but, OK.

1. The ride from the airport to the hotel was uncommonly a long way around (I could see the hotel from the airport, but there is NO hotel shuttle bus/van service!) 2. The room I was given, 413, was already occupied by someone else! I had to request a new room. 3. I had a double occupancy room with myself and a friend, but there was only one set of bathroom items.

The hotel was a very comfortable stay as I transitioned from the airport

Very comfortable, clean and quiet. The employees are kind and services are nice but the prices of food and drinks don't worth it (there you can find only tiny bottle of waters!!!). The location is good, depending on the reason of the trip, but far from commercial area and restaurants.

The hotel has a great location for those who need to be close to the Brasilia airport. The rooms are modern and well cleaned. The staff is friendly, but the bar/restaurant service seems somewhat disorganized.

Disappointeing customer service, OK facility

OK facility with poor front desk customer service. I will not return and do not recommend anybody to stay here. Training and front desk customer service needs huge improvement and better training. I arrived at 12:30am after a long flight. I am Le Club Accor Hotels loyalty club member for many years. Reservation made through the website with my corporate credit card. Reception is demanding full payment upon arrival. There was an issue with my corporate card. Reception refused to check me in. I said, let me sort it out when I am in the room or tomorrow morning. No. Pay by cash or use another credit card, otherwise we will not allow you to enter the room. Extremely customer friendly, isn't it? Ended up making phone calls at night from the noisy lobby. I used another credit card, which first didn't work for Reception, either, because their machine was faulty. The same card worked perfectly at the bar. I was promised that the other card will only be serving as guarantee until the morning. After that the receptionist processed the payment with my personal credit card. I said, this is not what he said, he would do. Well, if my corporate card works in the morning, I can ask somebody to cancel the transaction. Nice, he? Wonderful customer service. Finally, I got my access card, but nothing like, I am sorry, or anything.... You are a guest, you booked with us, though luck, now you put up with our rules and attitude. Needless to say, I contacted the Front office Manager the next morning. He was professional and he ended up helping me revising the transaction using my corporate credit card, which I appreciate and thank him. Regardless, I will not return. Guests are not treated with respect.
