We stayed here for two nights. The room was spacious, the bathroom was aranged practically and we really liked that we can keep the window open even during heavy rain thanks to its constructuion. Beds and pillows are super comfy - we slept like babies. :) Only thing, I would improve, is function of the Air TV on the television. It didn’t work - after the last step when you tap the code in - nothing happens. Your device is persuaded that it’s connected, but the TV doesn’t do anything. My collegue in the other room had the same issue. Although, it was just a small inconvenience - I highly recommend this hotel. ❤️

I LOVE this hotel! Good food, Friendly Staff and 80's Kitschy cool ambience <3<3<3

I am so glad I stayed at this hotel. The staff were super-friendly, the food was excellent, it has a 1980's vibe and decor, and they play a lot of music from the 1980's and 1990's. I almost did not stay here because it is not right in the center of the city, but I am so glad that I did! It is not far from the city center and old town. If you walk t a good pace you can probably walk it in about 15 minutes. But the tram stops in front of the hotel, and if it does not run all night long, it runs almost all night long. I remember seeing one go by at 3 am. Sadly I only had 2 days in Prague, so I did not see enough of the city, but I did see a lot of the hotel. The breakfast is your standard European full breakfast with eggs, bacon, bread, yogurt, etc. You will not go hungry at breakfast. They even have the mini baguettes which I love to take for a snack later in the day. I recommend adding the breakfast option to your room, and eating dinner at the restaurant at least once. For dinner, we had a pizza and it was perfectly cooked. The tomato sauce might have been the best I have ever had on a pizza. It was really good. My favorite dessert in the world is Creme Brulee, and they have a Chocolate version. Chocolate is like my second favorite dessert in the world so of course I ordered it and it was awesome! The staff are very friendly and diverse. The manager was wearing a Prague Gay Pride shirt the first day and all the staff were just very nice. I stay frequently at Accor Hotels and they upgraded me to the top floor and a larger room. There are not a lot of tall buildings in Prague so I recommend a higher floor because you can see the a lot of the city. Oh they also have free 80's style video games like PacMan, etc., and pool tables and foosball. They put cool cartoon character masks on the lamps. There is a shopping mall next door with fast food and a gym if you want it, and they have awesome live music a couple nights a week. This place is cool! Anyway, I definitely want to go back to Prague and I definitely want to stay here.

Recommended - especially for Harley Days

My second time in this hotel. Got a upgrade on the room (6th floor), so absolutely no complaints about the room and facilities. 6th floor rooms are spacious, perfcet. Staff was quite slow at check in and in the restaurant - but considering Corona times, I guess it's just a matter of finding the right people. Staff was friendly though. Breakfast was great, lot's of choices. Overall a pleasant stay once again and I can recommend this hotel once more. Just a few steps away from Harley Days...

Next time I will go elsewhere

Lucy K Couples - TripAdvisor review

I was quite disappointed with my stay. I visited the hotel with my boyfriend and my dog. To my surprise, even if you pay 150 eur per night (which is a lot for a hotel that was more 3 stars than 4 stars) you have to pay a fee 10 eur per night for the dog. For a 2 kg dog such a price is inacceptable. The cleaning staff has to vacuum the floor always, so any argument that the dog leaves his hairs behind is not valid! Also if you are a Czech visitor and you can't speak English you should not choose this hotel because apparently the receptionists cannot speak Czech. Which is not acceptable neither. I do not think that it is even legal to do a service without a person who speaks Czech in the Czech Republic. The breakfast was poor (the staff didn't even know which time the breakfast ends), the AC was impossible to manipulate (you were cold or too hot, but anything in the middle) and it was doing a lot of noise too. Next time I will choose another hotel because for the price you pay, you do not really receive the adequate service.

Dear Lucy K, I appreciate your time taken to give us your feedback on your recent stay at our hotel. I am truly sorry not to meet your expectations. Our hotel meets all the official criteria to be a 4 stars hotel. Room prices are variable based on the occupancy and on the season in Prague. Information regarding extra charge for the dog is available on our website and on the other bookings websites as well. It is a standart surcharge in the hotels all arround the world. Let me kindly inform you that there is always (during the night shift and day shift as well ) at least one Czech speaking employee at our reception and that your assumption regarding legality is not accurate. I am sorry to read you had a problem with the A/C during your stay however, I am pretty sure if you would inform our reception staff, they would be more than happy to send a technician to your room or to change your room to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Let me thank you once againg for your review and I hope you had a nice time in Prague. Mama loves you! Tomáš Dikasz Operations Manager
