The overall apartment was good. We were in a 2 bedroom apt. But the living room was a little cramped. That was manageable. But was very disappointed with the master bedroom toilet. Slight water leakage in the floor. Drain smell throughout our stay. Toilet seat stained, worn out , half broken. Bath tub had shoe marks and dirty. Just FYI we didn't use the tub to shower and also as much as possible avoided using the whole bathroom. It really needs refurbishment.

We had an amazing time, however I had 2 major problems, 1. Breakfast was same every day, nothing different and we were there for 2 weeks so it was really boring. 2. The cleaning of the rooms were horrible, the only way I noticed our rooms were touched was because the beds were laid, every other dirt on the floor would not move.

Overall my experience living here is good, but there are several points really need improved: 1. The network speed is worse recently and I complained several times but nothing changed; 2. Sometimes housekeeping forget to pickup garbage at my room so I have to call them; 3. Housekeeping forget to leave tissue box and toilet paper and even I asked, they still forget or not willing to give more; 4. Some long term agent are not helpful and always gives excuse when I ask for help; 5. Gym is busy but running machine is not working (4 of 5 is out of usage for more than 1 month).

In General, Hotel location and facilities are good, but the main problem with long term staff who is handling long stay with Guests since I moved to Mercure Barsha Heights (TECOM) since March, 2020 up to this month, unfortunately there is no trust or transparent was build between me with Long term management from first day since they are tries to exaggerate in offering unit rate for one bedroom each month compared to other market range which means there is no clear pricing policy from their side. Plus the rate was suggested by them (sending by official email form their side) is fake and higher than rate shown in online website like property finder or Bayout for same category of main apartment in Mercure Barsha Heights which caused me to be frustrating from dealing with these team. I already raised two complaints to Hotel operation management, but there is no action. I believe there is a problem in long term management and the way handling the issues. I decided to move from Mercure to other place this month after found no hope or solution since i spoke to hotel top management regarding my concern without action till now. Anyway, I hope Accor can find a way to improve this issue to keep reflecting a good image of Mercure in market especially Dubai since i loved this place and i know what means when there is brand like Accor is managing places/hotels to reflect place Image and Reputation.

Its a gud experience but lifts take mostly too much time due to shortage of lifts and handsantizer in last four days is not refilled near lifts as said several times to staff

Most of the staff at Mercure are unprofessional and downright disrespectful. I’ve been insulted by certain members and was quite shocked by the lack of professionalism. The notion that the customer is always right and needs to be treated respectfully doesn’t seem to stand here. Overall my experience isn’t good.

The room was not comfortable because the noise coming from Sheikh Zayed road was loud and it was hard to sleep peacefully. The service staff was helpful though and tried to make their best to help. The glass needs to be noise isolating.

I had stayed at the this apartment for over 3 months. The cleaning standards were inconsistent. For example the balcony was only ever cleaned when I complained. Also on 4 occasions the bed and the furniture had small mites that gave me over 10 bites over my back & feet.

Staff is very co operative , i highly reccomend to stay here for vacations. Neat and clean rooms and well maintained. My visit to dubai was for 17 days. 10 nights i spend in mercure and rest 6 nights i stay in hyatt place wasl district but if i compared the services i highly reccomend mercure hotel appartment.

Very bad mold smell in the room,bad service,when I call they ignore my call and I need to go to the front desk 3 times at night, i get the extra bed 3:30 AM and also it was dirty.
