« We had a marvelous stay in the hotel »

The staffs were friendly, polite and professional. The room was totally comfortable and well-equipped and spacious. Helps that the hotel has a direct sheltered link to the Tamachi station.

« Great Hotel »

We were very comfortable here the room was very accommodating & comfortable & practical with a very reasonable size room. We also dined at the Hotel twice on our over night stay & the food was exceptional beautifully presented extremely tasty and wonderful helpful staff all round. We certainly would stay here again. « Beautiful modern hotel with excellent service »

We thoroughly recommend this hotel. The rooms are very modern and spacious, although a little dark. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The position is very close to Tamachi station and the hotel can be accessed directly from the exit.

« Good hotel, no hospitality of staff. »

Despite having a corporate contract and havingbusiness partners and customers frequently staying in the hotel, the overall good experience was greatly diminished by the lack of hospitaly or warmth from the staff (esp. reception, restaurant). Not unfriendly, but no smiles, no feelng of being welcome. This is not what I exopect from the pullmann brand, especially not in Japan. No idea if this is on purpose, but overall staff is rather young - lack of training?

« efficient, great location, great staffs, almost perfect stay »

stay for 3 nights and really exceed my expectation. however I believe there is still room for improvement. 1. breakfast choice is a bit limited, and ala carte dish portion is really too much for breakfast, I suggest including pictures for each item or maybe reduced the portion because too much food is wasted. 2. As a platinum member we received lounge access and welcome drink voucher. the drink voucher can only be used for very limited selection and even less than selection inside lounge which make the purpose of welcome drink voucher useless.

Warm, helpful, and welcoming staff at Pullman TAMACHI. Special thanks to Ayumi, Hiroyusa, and Marie for making our stay extra special. Whilst the breakfast spread was somewhat limited the fresh orange juice and detox water made up for it. Our stay at Pullman could only be described as awesome and once again Pullman has given us a very memorable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our anniversary trip at your hotel.

« An enjoyable stay »

From check-in to check-out, the service and room is good except it will be better and safer to have a handle to hold on to when step in and out of the bathtub. Please give our compliment and thank-you to Miss Aiko (I might spelt her name wrongly, my apologies) that helps to arrange our depature transfer to the airport when I approached her on 15th Nov night. On 16th Nov early morning 4.20am the check-out was done smoothly by her, and she even escort us and helped us with our bags and send us off with a smile. This is what I can call great service.

« Perfect Tokyo stopover after a long flight from Portugal. »

From the extremely warm welcome to the similarly warm goodbye, our stay was perfect. The room was excellent, large and very comfortable. We had lounge access< which was a god send after a long day discovering Tokyo city. Breakfasts had a wide and varied variety of fresh food. We stayed in a number of Accor Hotels during our time in Japan and found the Pullman Tokyo to be the most comfortable. We found the staff from the room maids to the staff in the executive lounge to the front desk to be most pleasant and helpful to deal with. we will certainly be staying again on our next trip to Tokyo, a big thank you to all.

« A hotel goes back on its word »

I was told before I entered the hotel via phone and when I checked in that the hotel would honor the request to cancel the first night due to unmitigated circumstances. Then they requested evidence for the circumstances which I provided. Finally they rejected the evidence and requested more which I do not have to offer. I'm truly disappointed.

« Not exactly a 4 star »

The The rooms are small and the bathroom is not up to par. The staff was sometimes friendly and other times not friendly at all. The lobby and really the whole experience reminded me of the loft hotels. I was expecting something a little bit more plush. The beds were fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fairly well. It was nice being so close to the station and having them mall next door. Other than that it was pretty mediocre.

Room and basic amenities are very good. The fitness center is a bit thin in equipment. Could use a second exercise bike and a selection of medicine balls for work outs.

« A beautiful honeymoon stay »

The trip at Pullman was very well organised by the hotel - from the check in at 2am and arrangements of the room for us to the honeymoon cake surprise - the hotel staff was super attentive. We also benefited from the help of the front desk who helped us organise a dinner, an onsen and taxis all which were very efficiently delivered. The bar staff were also very friendly when we had drinks and we felt very at home immediately.

« Reconsideration on prioritizing the room preference of the loyalty member is needed »

I was firstly impressed by the attentiveness of the hotel staff. They seem to pay attention to the details of my room preference, as they could mention them all to me correctly. However, I was never given that preference. As a platinum loyalty member, I deeply disappointed. I could know that the room on the third floor, facing the office build, was allocated for me in the first place. Even though I requested for a twin-bed room at check-in, the housekeeper just separated the bed. The room was not changed to the third floor because of my twin bed request for sure. I know because there was a miscommunication between the lounge staff and housekeeping staff. I found the housekeeping staff who just finished his job in the room when I was entering the room, and he told me that he was there to separated the bed. My reservation was made several months before my arrival. I checked in at the very beginning of the check-in period. But I still got the least favorite room location. The loyalty status is nothing to consider the room for the guest at the Pullman. I stayed in four Accor hotels on this trip, three of them highly valued my platinum loyalty, and It was so impressive to stay there. I hope Pullman would reconsider on how loyalty member should be valued. I specifically feedback on this matter because I care so much about the privilege of the loyalty member. I am looking forward to staying at the Pullman in the near future and highly expect to see your improvement.
