Nous venons de passer une semaine dans le magnifique hôtel SOFITEL OBELISK de DUBAI. Étant 5, nous avons résidé en appartement. Très grand (env 220m2), 3 chambres, 3 sdb, 4 toilettes, un grand salon, et surtout une literie fabuleuse. La brasserie Boulud est top, et il y a deux autres restaurants. Piscine, salle de sport, spa. Tous les services sont présents. Mention spéciale à tout l’accueil, facilitant nos départs et arrivées, la gestion des taxis. Et un grand merci à Auristelle, guest relation manager au top!

Très bel hôtel disposant de chambres agréables. A proximité de l’aéroport (il faut donc prendre le métro pour accéder aux autres parties de la ville mais il y a une station à 200 mètres). Services restauration un peu lent (peut-être que plusieurs machines à café seraient utiles au lieu d’une seule) mais excellent séjour. A envisager quand on va à Dubaï.

Très très belle hôtel .. belle chambre mais service catastrophique. A l’arrivée à 01h du matin après 11h de voyage .. chambre pas dispo .. on attend, avec un enfant de 11 ans jusqu’à 2h de matin .. je vais au desk, et demande si je peux avoir ma chambre avant 8h du matin. Oui pas de problème elle est dispo maintenant (en fait on m’upgrade .. sans me le dire mais je pense que la chambre était toujours pas disponible, ok pas de soucis). Je demande si le lit pour ma fille est bien dans la chambre .. heu non sûrement pas, il s’en occupe .. ok on va dans la chambre, j’attend les bagages .. ils arrive après 10 min, je demande le lit .. pas de soucis il va demander .. il est 2h30 du matin, ma fille dors dans le lit principal.. j’attend jusqu’à 3h du matin .. rien … je m’endors sur le sofa .. le lit n’est jamais venu ! Le lendemain j’explique ça au Check out .. ha désolé monsieur. Ok .. cet hôtel n’est pas un 5 étoiles .. pas un Sofitel .. je suis membre accord en plus .. bref, on va réfléchir à changer de chaînes d’hôtel pour le business et pour le privée .. jamais eu un service aussi nul.

Réservation confirmée le vendredi soir par email sans demande particulière de garantie. Réservation annulée unilatéralement par l'Hotel à mon arrivée Dimanche matin en justifiant d'une absence de garantie ... proposition d'un chambre disponible d'une catégorie supérieure à un prix beaucoup élevé: choix unique et sans alternative. Mes bagages laissés le dimanche matin ne sont pas déposés dans ma chambre et je dois les demander à 3 reprises pour les avoir au lobby. Pressing non déposée dans la chambre, j'ai du le demander 2 fois pour l'obtenir tard le soir la veille de mon départ.

Séjour très agréable. Personnel vraiment attentionné : au Club Millesime, à la piscine et la conciergerie. Un petit bémol pour la Chambre où trop d’automatisme empêchaient vraiment d’avoir réellement la main sur la climatisation et sur l’ouverture et la fermeture des rideaux.

Dans l'ensemble nous avons passés un très bon séjour .La seule chose de négative a dire c'est peut etre le petit déjeuner .Ils sont beaucoup pour faire le service mais on constate une desorganisation ,les serveurs doivent avoir une zone et des tables fixes defois on commande un café et on attend 15 min a 20min et on doit redemander et on constate qu'ils ont oubliés; Une personne se démarque par son professionnalisme et sa qualité de travail c'est NOVELLE ,elle est géniale et mérite d'évoluer dans son poste avoir plus de responsabilité car elle est agréable a une memoire incroyable ,le service est inpécable avec elle ,grand merci a elle de Mme H. ,MERCI DE LUI TRANSMETTRE .

Arrivée tardive car pas facile de trouver l'hôtel sans GPS !!! Service de voiturier dès l'entrée sous le porche. Accueil formidable, on nous attendait à la réception. Rapide check in puis nous sommes conduits à notre Suite Panoramique (suite obtenue avec les points gagnés pour sur classement en suite). Magnifique chambre et vue splendide à 270° depuis ce 20 -ème étage sur toute l'agglomération de Dubaï. Explications très bien faites sur comment utiliser la tablette qui permet de piloter pratiquement tout dans la chambre y compris rideaux et double rideaux. Lit très confortable, climatisation facilement réglable, silence, confort et luxe. Salle de bain équipée d'une grande douche et d'une baignoire non mois grande. Le lendemain matin direction le Cul Millésime au 51-ème étage. Accueil formidable avec questionnement du pourquoi nous ne sommes pas arrivés plus tôt!! Petit déjeuner servi sous forme d'un buffet et plat chaud sur commande. Excellent service et qualité des plats proposés. Avec bien sûr une vue imprenable sur la ville. Piscine très belle, très propre et service de serviettes au top. Le soir, retour au Club Millésime pour les cocktails et nous retrouvons une partie de l'équipe dédiée au Club. Gentillesse, service rapide, avec la classe qui convient au Club, le REVE. Le moment le plus désagréable est de quitter cet hôtel après un séjour de 5 nuits.
